They scammed ** for $1000.00 to list ours and said it was for closing cost and paper work . How do you apply for a refund or report to Better Business Bureau . My husband has cancer and we needed to sell it and they scamed a couple of seniors who need the money for medical bills .Review from Wayne G

First contacted ********************* of ************************* in *********, **. She was a scam artist. Now finding out everything was transferred to Time Share sales team in ***********, **. Never received any notice about this transfer. No phone calls, no correspondence of any kind. The only way I find out is when I contacted the credit card bank and disputed the charge. I now know who I will burn up the phone with. Warning about these companies. They are scam outfits. DO NOT deal with any of these companies.Review from Cindy B

Decided to sell my timeshare after my spouse died. I thought I did my research before I listed my unit, but I was wrong. The cost is almost $1,000 and they basically list it on the website. They don't reveal their actual sales anywhere or what the final selling price was. It's not transparent like **** where the historical data is shown. If you closely examine the listings, it dawns on you that many are out-of-date because the points, for example, are for the previous year. The salesman is helpful, but way over optimistic about your dollar per point ratio. **************** after that is nonexistent. If you do get an offer, you are on your own; TST is not like a real estate agent providing advice in the negotiations. There were no automatic prompts to refresh your listing. I ended up joining a forum and selling my unit to another member. Overall, very little service for the money. Would not recommend.Review from Loie J

This company is in fact a total scam. I paid them over $1,000 to sell and/or rent my timeshare in September 2020. You have to call they never return phone calls you have to email to lower the price. I came down on the price more than 50% still no calls of any offers. Please save your money. I was working with ****************** I sold my house earlier in 8 days. So I was hopeful but nope. This team isn't doing there job. So stay away and find some other company.Review from L. D.

Listed two years ago this month; have dropped the price 3 times; have not EVER been contacted by this sorry company. All they want is your money up front and then you don't hear a word from them. They should be charged with fraud and sent to prison.

You never contacted me. I had to contact you to get any updates. You have no interest in getting my unit sold because you got paid up front. I knew this was a bad idea in the beginning. I just want folks to know you are a fraud. You are total BS.
