    I paid the city of ********* $150 to reserve a parking spot on the street next to were my car would have been parked. So that your tech could park right next to my car. Then I received an email from your company stating my appointment was canceled. In big red letters. Dues to that the company I was using to pay for the service on my car. Said that it was canceled. After your customer ********************** *** stated the the service was not canceled but was given to another technician. I was not the only person to get that email. The company that I was using receive the same email. It is poor business practice to send out emails stating the appointment is canceled. It not only affected me it also did the same with the company i use to pay for the service. There was a huge argument over something someone in your company did to cause so much stress over a simple car ***air. That person in your company had no forethought about what happens when they send out emails stating your service was canceled. The service was completed but the argument that issued to get it paid for was in my opinion was unnecessary. If a technician calls out do not make it harder on the customer.

    This company is a scam, and does not stand by their work or lack of. My vehicle was scheduled for a diagnostic test, the technician showed up and instead of performing the diagnostic decided the problem was my ignition switch. He then removed the old coil while leaving my key inside the ignition, after examining the switch he attempted to reinstall it and remove my key. It was at this moment he realized my key was stuck. After multiple attempts to get my key out, he then panicked and called his company. He then told me the key was stuck because the ignition switch was bad and only ***** have that issue. He then checked his inventory online and found out they didn't have the part in stock, and he would need to order it and return another day. I then stated how can you possibly be planning to leave my car with the key stuck in the ignition, and turned to the on position. The technician assured me he would get my key out before leaving, this entailed him breaking open my key fob and snatching the key out the ignition with pliers, however still leaving car ignition in the ON position and my key fob broken. I then asked him to disconnect my battery to keep it from draining. The following business day 10/14/24 i called the company to file a grievance. My call was met with aggression, and dishonesty. I was told they were not responsible for the technicians destruction of my property due to the fact he didn't put his actions in their computer, and he conveniently quit working for the company that day. The add insult to injury prior to the technician arriving, my account was charged twice for the price of the diagnostic which i never received. After i sent multiple screenshots of these fraudulent charges, they said it was a temporary HOLD that would fall off in 6 business days, however took closer to 8. They still claim no fault for the damages caused by their technician to my vehicle. Um leaving 1 star because it wont allow me to leave 0. PLEASE avoid patronizing them.
