    June 5th - Initially contacting the company
    June 13th - 1st lawn mow

    1st cut looked great
    Then I realized they hit the sprinkler head
    I was in town, living at the residence
    They had guys come out & fix it a couple of days later
    I double checked they worked properly and adjusted that it would actually hit the grass then resumed the auto cycle

    They mowed 27th June - Friday
    (26ft moving truck was in driveway)
    Hit the same sprinkler head
    Called the 30th (Monday) to report and that’s where my problem started.
    I was no longer living at the residence, trying to make sure the sprinklers would get fixed and turned on from a different zip code

    Just to get ahold of and communicate this with the company was like pulling teeth.. leaving countless voicemails When I was able to finally talk to who I’m assuming is the receptionist I was informed (after much back and forth and confusion that they already fixed said sprinkler) it was fixed on the 27th which I didn’t even question that date, just glad it was working again.

    The Sprinklers have been off since the 28th of June when I realized the head was broken again and turned them off because they weren’t functioning properly!

    I can see from my ring camera that the grass is now turning brown but the company said it has been fixed

    I feel silly to even report such a thing but with selling a house, curb appeal is very important. Especially after having spent hundreds of dollars to maintain and nourish the lawn, it’s disheartening to see it in this condition.

    We strive to provide reliable and professional lawn care services to all of our customers, and we take every concern seriously.
    In this case, our crew did damage a sprinkler head on the customer’s property. Once notified, we promptly sent technicians to repair and adjust the sprinkler so that it functioned properly. The lawn itself has remained healthy and green, which we confirmed by visually inspecting the property. Photos of the property are attached to show its current condition.
    I believe the complaint filed is less about the actual condition of the lawn—which remains in good shape—and more about dissatisfaction with our decision to cancel her service.
    The cancellation stemmed from a scheduling issue caused by weather. Due to several days of steady rain, many clients’ services were delayed. As a result, this property was cut back-to-back weeks once the weather cleared. When the customer called to discuss this, I tried to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly escalated as she began using vulgar and aggressive language toward me.
    At that point, I offered her a full refund for any inconvenience and informed her that, due to her actions during the call, we would be discontinuing her service.
    We remain committed to treating every customer fairly and respectfully, and we expect the same courtesy in return.
