              I ordered a product and they took my payment. Now I have tried to reach out to the multiple times, their customer service phone number does not connect and my shipping info says it’s still in Florida awaiting acceptance at the post office and it has been saying this since October 10th. I have not received my product nor gotten a response from the company. I have never had an issue with this company up until this order.
