I have been renting for almost 2 years and read in the contract that I had to change the **** filter every month. So every month since day 1, I have been replacing the filter at my expense, not realizing that I was paying an extra $30 for a convenience fee, every month for filters, that they were supposed to be supplied by them to me. I have never received a fiter from them. . When I asked about a refund for the filters that were paid by me, they told me that there was no way I would be receiving a refund of any kind. It's in their contract that I signed. I believe that I should be compensated for the filters that I have purchased. If I had never changed the filters and something went wrong with the unit, I was responsible.

Our renter moved in on Oct 22, 2021. 3 days later we were asking the owner of the property to replace the fridge after another vendor said it should be replaced versus repaired. The replacement fridge was delivered the first week in November, we believe November 2, in part because the water was not turned on by the renter even by November 1. There is an ice maker.

We filed an eviction for non-payment of rent. The question of the renter paying the security deposit is not even been talked about nor have we asked for it since she first moved in . The renter took the place as is and I am not sure why the security deposit is being brought up 7 months later. We have even tried to do some repairs but the renter was not there for us to do repairs.

I can affirm all the reviews some have called me. I had same problems with this Company under 2 separate names my first home i fired them from they worked on past the termination dated house was visited next day by new manager who called andasked about appliances which I found had been stolen along with storm shutters. back patio door had been left unlocked. Second home they were fired from I had new property manager check immediately only to find back patio door unlocked again. new property manager found $1,700 of tenant related damages. When their so called property manager showed up 2 weeks late for final inspection she found $200 to $300 damages. If you wish to give your money away for shoddy services hire this company. This may be why they had to change names **** *

Hi **** and I am sorry to read this review from you. All of our clients have the ability to not use our services when they like.

Our original name is on both websites as well as our voicemail! People can still find us under either name.

If you recall, your new property manager went out to the property prematurely when the resident was there. We spoke about this and I recall you did not tell them to and we did not want them too. You may recall as well that we were not sure who the renter was going to turn in the key to when they left. We wanted to do the move out inspection and then turn the property over to the new property manager. That is not what happened.

Your new property manager went to the property, unbeknowst to us, and entered the property and did an inspection. We do not leave properties unsecured but maybe the renter did. You may recall that your new property manager changed the locks and was telling you information that we did not know about including that there were no appliances. My property manager found out the locks were changed after not being able to get into the property to do the inspection. We did get into the property to do the inspection after getting the codes from the new property manager but that was after repairs had been done. The appliances must have been replaced because they were there when we did the inspection.

We did not charge $200 to $300 in damages- we charged more than that from their deposit based on what we saw and Florida Law.

We are sorry that you were not happy with our services and we wish you well.

The Renter had already moved out. The last people in this property where thier cleaning people the day before my new manager entered the property. And now for the grand finally read their property management agreement buried in the back somewhere they state you are not allowed to sue them and if you do they want you to assume thier legal costs. Imagine that!!!
