  Terrible - did not get my deposit back with Zero reason besides a couple of missing lightbulbs!!! No communication besides - sorry you ar sorry - you are out of luck! Terrible !

  They are one of the worst rental companies I have dealt with. When they want something from you they follow up with threats knowing us as tenants have no choice but to oblige rather than fight back. When you are asking something of them they follow up with statutes and act as if they are doing you a favor. *** appliances are not working they take their time and even lost track of the request. We went two months without a washer after it flooded the apartment. They want to charge tenants for everything and enforce nothing. Our building wreaked of marijuana everyday, there were domestic violence issues, and maintenance issues that went on for months. Absolutely terrible experience with them and happy to be done.

  Key Real Estate Advisors placed a tenant in my home who damaged my property and stole an item that costs $5,000.00 to replace. They charge outrageous prices for repairs and maintenance through third party contractors. Don't expect them to inspect your home, except to find expensive repairs. What a waste of time and money.

  We have been the ******************** contractor for two of Key Real Estate Advisor's Properties for 5 years. They are a great management company to work for. The community managers and staff are great at communication and we have never had any pay issues on our monthly invoices. Both properties are well maintained and you can tell they take pride in keeping their managed properties looking good and clean. We are proud to be a part of their team.

  Don't waste your time I was lied to from the very begin robbery is what it is a quick $100 imagine how many people a day she does this too the place has been empty for 9 mnths red flag stupid me these are the type of people who belong in jail they'll sell u a dream to get a quick $100 I called and spoke Vivian A was upfront that I didn't want to waste my time nor hers I asked her to please let me know the process before we came to look she stated as long as I had a credit score of a 580 and good references id be ok me n my 70 yr old mother drove down to downtown ft myers to look at what was ok i guess the building was old it. Was small but it had a washer and dryer so I was ok w it the closet were small they were not only asking for 1650 but come to find out they don't call references.they do a background that i wasn't told about and they do not work w u like she said when we got there if ur credit alil shy of the 580 i believe i had 550 or 542 whatever we made more than enough to pay the rent we were told 3 times the rent come to find out its not what u gross like every other place lol its after taxes are taken out what u gross isnt considered lol were her words this girl young very immature and could tell didnt have a clue about life but she made a quick $100 save ur money people don't throw it away most like ur not gonna qualify after u do the application I just got into a 2b2b incape for way less & our real estate agent has been so helpful he down to earth everything he told us has been true I think I had a ticket or something that popped up but nothing serious on this background check lol yea go elsewhere These people are thieves they lie thieves! idk how u people sleep at night u don't go around taking advantage of people who are being upfront and asking u before they waste there money & time God sees believe me. :) I sleep great at night w a clear conscious i work hard for my money I dont go around taking advantage of human beings

  Vivien was very responsive. Very kind and very informative and helpful
