    Company uses unethical sales tactics and responds quickly but charges astronomical fees, while trying to push their service agreement which doesn't help you at all everything is extra. Even told the technician not to do a service which he did any and made me pay for it and found out later their charges were almost twice what other companies charge for the exact same product and service. Ownership and technicians don't have integrity!

    This Company practices unethical business practices. They do not know what a "load calculation" is or how to perform it. They sold me a unit that was too big for the square footage of my home. It was improperly installed, and they could not figure out how to fix the problems. The unit was literally dripping water on the floor of my attic. They were out here FIVE times with THREE different techs and were scratching their heads. I had to consult another company to determine the problems. The installation was not only improperly done but also posed fire hazards; there was ducting lying on top of the furnace exhaust vent. It was finally determined that the brand-new unit had to be removed because it was too big and had to be replaced with the proper size unit. I had to pay another company to remove and reinstall it because I did not trust Rapid Response to do it. The owner of the company then threatened to sue me and the other company.
