  We have been impressed with Amazing Air. *******, the technician, has done a great job maintaining our HVAC and keeping it in great shape. We have received nothing but great customer service from the initial phone calls to get our appointments set up, to keeping our AC running great. I highly recommend you ask for ******* as he has done such a great job!

  Have called Amazing Air numerous times. Have left several messages with the receptionist, and the office manager I paid to have a new breaker installed. The cost was $180. They never installed it. I also have a two-year contract that I bought in May for $299, and they won’t even talk to me on the phone. They serviced my air conditioner for two years. I have seven service order copies. I had a reputable company from Naples come to my house because I couldn’t get them to talk to me. they discovered that my air conditioner was wired wrong and had no new breaker. They have rewired the air conditioner and installed a new breaker. This cost me $400. I’m asking for Amazing Air to return monies that I paid to them for a two-year contract, re-installation of a new breaker, and the $400 that I had to pay to a new air conditioning company to rectify their mistake. I have receipts that I have paid to the new company, and I have my service orders where they listed the items that they were to do.

  I have read the complaints. I see a common denominator with this company. Overcharging for services unneeded. They tried to do this to my 101 year old grandmother. They tried to sell her a germicidal lamp or home air purification system that she didnt need. Not only that, they were going to charge $1600 for lamp, or $2500 for the purification system. So my mother called her guy, *************************** who owns and runs Peace River air. I have known ***** for 16 years and he has been in the business for well over 20 years. He immediately came out and said my grandmother needed non of these services and if she did he would have done it for half the price and that Amazing Airs quote was highly overpriced. Do not use this company. They will take you for whatever they can. Good day

  After the hurricane Amazing Air called to service our AC. Upon looking over the system the tech told us we needed $1,800 worth of repairs due to pressure and mold from the hurricane.We agreed and asked for a receipt stating that it was directly related to the hurricane. No response. I asked again no response. I asked 2 more times no response. Finally they called and stated we needed service. I said you just did service two months ago and I have been asking you for a receipt since then and you refuse to give it to me. I told her that if she did not send me an insurance receipt I would consider it fraud and report this company.

  My air conditioner was acting funny and would trip the circuit breaker every now and then.The fan on the unit was running slow. However, the unit was still providing cool air. Service man arrived within 3 hours of my call. The after hours service charge was $180 a fee that I have come to except. People familiar with air conditioners would suspect a faulty capacitor from the description that I have given. Sure enough his quick diagnosis was a failed capacitor. I did not watch but the the repair required removing 2 screws to open the panel that covered the capacitor and then remove the clamp that holds the cap. in place and then insert the new one. This capacitor is priced less than $50 everywhere ($32 on Amazon).I have paid $100 and also $150 for a capacitor on a service call but NEVER the $ 260 that I was charged.. That's 8 times over the retail price! The next day the circuit breaker was tripped again. So I went out and removed the 2 screws and checked the capacitor. I was not clamped in place, there it was hanging with duct tape wrapped around it. I have pictures!!! Is this a fire hazard?????? I have been ripped off and got shoddy workmanship.

  My tech came out and serviced my ac he recommended things that will help my ax took pictures of work that was done and very throughout. Highly recommend
