  Firebird sales person was great howeverFirebird sales person was great however after we made our final payment and switched over to their support team we received emails with incorrect dates for example your trip is scheduled for 07/22 and it was booked for 08/22. We had to pay extra because the agenda did not allow for transportation time from one location to another. The agenda had wrong information and when asked for them to correct it they indicated the app had the correct information use it. This was all before our trip begin. Feeling uneasy about this we were hopeful all would go will. The Private transfer from airport to hotel and then to next location was great. Car is what we asked for and driver was very helpful. Guide of the city was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Next driver however showed up late and we could hardly fit in his car with our luggage. Hotel had only one lift no ac and lots of stairs. Firebird uses Expedia to book their hotel so every hotel we stayed at had no view or looking out at garbage can alleys or roof tops. We booked a private tour, but we got a group tour of Isle of sky which was very disappointing. Hotel had wrong names on our bookings Luckly we had confirmation, and we were booked in for a twin bed room and received queen and cot. I tried to use the chat on the app, and they indicated there was nothing they could do, and that message came in the next day. There was no urgency to fix it. I took pictures of the hotel reservation that I signed, and it had someone else name and company was Expedia not Firebird. Overall group of 4 people spent 4K a person that we could have done ourselves with amount of time we had to speak to custom service to resolve agenda issues. I will never use them again.

  Strongly recommend - they did a great job with the itinerary, schedule, reservations etc. It was a great experience and Ill be using them again.

  ************** is an awesome travel agent. If you can get him for your agent, make sure you pick him. We don't leave for ***** until July, but the service has been perfect so far..... more to follow

  We didn't even get on our trip! Had been working with Firebird for 6 months planning a trip to Italy and it started out great but certainly went downhill fast! When you are first in the process of booking everyone is very responsive but after they have your deposit, you get switched to dealing with the office(which they don't tell you) and then you will wait weeks for a response. The final price was about $2,000 more per person than we we were quoted, we were told we would get help finding flights and after our deposit was received-no help, and there was confusion with dates of our trip and they completely blamed a member of our traveling party, which was not true. Their staff wrote to her giving the wrong dates and she accidentally replied in the affirmative. We actually tried to save the trip by hiring a travel consultant to handle dealing with them and she could not get answers our of them at their own suggested deadlines. We finally had to cancel the trip because we had no faith that we would have a hotel reservation anywhere or a driver picking us up. What was supposed to be an amazing family vacation turned into a complete, stress filled nightmare. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TRAVELING WITH THEM EVER!

  We felt spoiled. The guides were all excellent, the drivers on time or early, and the hotels excellent. We accomplished our goal of seeing ****** and avoiding covid. We were early to attractions and didn't have to stand in lines.Firebird is the best!

  Natalie did a great job for us! She found us a wonderful hotel in a GREAT location in Paris and lived up to every commitment she made on the front end. We loved the ability to build our own itinerary (for the most part) and travel as a small group. I would definitely use Firebird… and ask for Natalie again!

  Firebird Tours did a wonderful job showing us London and Paris in a way that the "big bus" tours couldn't. While there were some "hiccups" with two drivers (not Firebird employee), they went out of their way to resolve the issues in a totally "customer focused" manner. We will definitely be using Firebird in the future and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to our friends.

  We had a wonderful time on our trip to ***** through Firebird travel. All our accommodations, private tours and transportation arrangements were outstanding. Our drivers always arrived on time and were friendly. We had quite a few private tours and our tour guides were amazing, very informative and friendly and fun. They really added to our experience. Everything went without a hitch. We will be using Firebird again for our next trip to Europe!

  From start to finish my travel plans were handled professionally. Great hotel locations, drivers showed up on time, fabulous and knowledgeable tour guides and when a tour got canceled firebird was on it. Ready to change for another event quickly! I highly recommend them. I have used them 3 times already and will use them again!

  Our process with Firebird started almost 2 years before our trip. We were booked on a cruise from ****** and used Firebird for tours in **** and ******. ***********, **** and all the customer service crew were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Because of my hearing issues, we opted for private tours and downgraded from 4 to 3 star hotels to help offset the price. ***, etc. took all our requests seriously and did their best to accommodate us.The hotels served our needs well and staff was very friendly. Except for the driver that picked us up at **** airport, all drivers were courteous and helpful. All of our guides were outstanding and really knew the history of the cities and the restoration process and ongoing progress. Thumbs up to **** & **** in **** and ********(?) in ******. We used Firebird based on a recommendation and would not hesitate to use them again.
