  I spoke with a **** ********** yesterday. I was having a hard time getting my agi. He ended up doing my taxes, never telling me it would cost $812.00. When I asked him why my federal return amount was way off he told me it was because of my agi. He never explained to me when I asked about the account number and routing number to the checking account that my checks would be deposited into we're not mine, he didn't really answer. When I tried to call and ask for a manager, he told me there wasn't one there. This is such a scam!

  The lady I talked to was named Natalia. She was AWESOME. when I googled for the agi # this website pulled up. She helped me thru all my taxes and even went out of her way to double check and make sure they where correct.it took 55 minutes to do it but it was very professional and you could tell she was trying to be fair rather then just saying "hey what's you numbers and filing. I am super pleased so far with this. Thank you so much Natalia

  This company was not up front with me. They did not answer th questions I asked. They filed my taxes as a business tax even though I repeatedly told them I didn't have a business l'm sure this for them to receive a higher fee. Is this not tax fraud

  I looked up this customer and she or he is NOT in our database. They must have the wrong company, as we always answer our customer questions or concerns and we have a large team of customer service agents, also we do not file anything that is not given to us by our customers. We ask for proof of income and our calls are recorded.

  This company committed tax fraud. They inflated my refund by saying I owned a business. I did not tell them that I owned a business. They told me they were paid for by a third-party and that my tax preparation would be free for me. Now I owe the *** $1370! I just finished paying H&R Block to file an amendment. It was a very expensive ******* I hope no one else ever has put through this, so I am pursuing legal action. This company should not be in business. Stay away from USATax Help! They are scammers!

  100% Fraud, ****************************, Tax agent of business, deposited all of the $5,490.00 tax refund to their bank account, Routing number:XXXXXXXX, account #: ?, A tax refund was filed on February 27, 2023 and IRS deposited on March 8th, 2023, however, my tax refund has not been funded to my account. Plus, they never tell you of the charges for the services until you are forcefully signed documents online using e-documents. "They have you sign once then hit the button to automatically signs all forms. Never was I given the true return amount." I really need my money back. I see it has too many complaints. How do I get my money? Need help!********************************* was the original agent helping, really nice person, but little that my wife and I knew, this was all a fraud and *** Tax LLC just stole our refund completely.

  Client was fully funded on 3/8/23, directly into the bank account she provided. There was a fee and she was well aware as she signed her paperwork vis docusign on her time to review the document, also our calls are recorded and client was well aware of the fee. We disclose all our fee & we have all the call recorded.

  They never mentioned a fee then charged $1098.00 I asked for last year's AGI was told they couldn't give it to me. But they could help. They have you sign once then hit the button to automatically signs all forms. Never was I given the true return amount. I printed the forms out and tried to call within 30 minutes and surprised I couldn't get through.
