It was a positive experience working with Florida Cash Home Buyers to sell my property. ***** made all the difference. Her communication was consistent, her transparency was refreshing, and she truly went above and beyond to keep things moving forward. For 2 weeks i have tried to put a very strong cash offer on a house in **************** that was listed on the ***. My realtor reached out to this company multiple times and never was able to speak with a live person. We did submit the offer according to the instructions on their company web site and NEVER heard anything. I have bought and sold many houses and sadly I have never seen such confusing, poor communication and follow thru than with this company. I wonder how many people they reel in that don't understand the consequences of signing a contract with them.FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC

I am sorry to hear that your realtor was not able to get in touch with us. We have very specific instructions on the *** on how to submit offers on our properties. Unfortunately, your realtor did not follow them. We did not get an offer from him/her.
We did get a couple of calls from you, which we returned promptly but were not able to get a hold of you. I cannot attach screenshots here of our callbacks and texts, trying to reach you, but can send them upon request. Here is a breakdown of the calls and texts for reference:
Incoming call from you - April 30th at 7:33 pm
We texted you back on May 1st at 10 a.m. and called you on May 2nd at 11:52 a.m. Texted you again right after we called, at 11:53.
You called us back on May 2nd at 5:48 p.m and we called you back the same day at 6:34 p.m.
I understand that ********* from our team reached out to you yesterday and was able to connect with you. He informed you that unfortunately, your offer was too low.

The company was helpful with selling my home.This was probably a more difficult sell then normal due to various circumstances so I appreciate the efforts. But there was a lot of miscommunication between all parties involved which was frustrating. I would have given 3-4 stars (someone has to absolutely wow me to get 5 stars) however, the minute I am asked to give 5 stars, thats an automatic deduction. Ask me 3 times in 5 days to leave a reviewwelllets just leave it at that.FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC

We are in California, and our family member was in tough times in Fort Lauderdale. He's a disabled veteran, unable to care for his home, his house was in very poor deteriorating condition, and the City had a $150K lien on the house for front yard code violations. FL Cash Home Buyers was the first call I made, and Max walked me through the process and gave me a preliminary offer. I thought that it couldn't be true, but it ended up coming very close Another company's offer was less than half! Paola and Jose helped us through the process and maintained good communication, even though we were 3000 miles away. It took a while to get the lien cleared, but Paola facilitated a handyman to help meet the City's requirements while I negotiated with the City. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend FL Cash Home Buyers! They are honest and helpful, and we accomplished what I never imagined possible!FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC

Paola and her team at FL Cash Home Buyers were amazing!!! From start to finish they exemplified true professionalism and showed a love for their passion in real estate. Initially my wife and I were hesitant after having a bad experience with a different company, but that thought of hesitation quickly changed once we began to work with Paola. She was very professional, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable with the real estate process. Due to all of Paola’s efforts, hard work and dedication our property closed faster than expected, and we were thrilled with the outcome.
