We are Paw.com and hold our customers' experience with ** and our products in the highest regard. Our actions show this as we are responsive, and own our shortcomings when things don't go as planned as well. Which seems to be the issue you're having with whoever Paw Bean is. To further prove this to you please see that our website *********************************** is not the website of ************************. Even the support for them is a form you fill out instead of emailing our support email where our process is different, more human, and geared towards customer satisfaction.
