    NEVER use this company!!!! They took advantage of me while I was away on a military job, my representative (*********) told me everything over the phone and because I was in a bind and a hurry I e-signed the contract and sent the deposit because she assured me of an easy transaction which ABSOLUTELY didn't happen!!! I received an email confirmation of date of delivery and made arrangements with my military base to be available for the pickup and then the moving company called me a day early saying they would be at my address in 2 hours!! As a result I had to ask for a emergency leave from my base and needed help from my mother who also had to leave work to help me. Upon arrival the movers told me my move would cost an extra $1300!!! I made several attempts to contact the company before truck was loaded and NO ONE answered or called back which forced me to have them pack the truck and pay $1000.00 before they would load it up. I made several phone calls and emails before delivery with NO RESPONSE from anyone! Upon delivery at 9pm several items were damaged, several boxes missing, they refused to reassemble my items as PROMISED and in the contract and I even received someone else's boxes!!! I immediately called the company and carrier the next morning to tell them and their response was "file a complaint" I'm missing thousands of dollars of items, I don't want partial reimbursement!! I want MY BELONGINGS which I was told will NEVER happen!!

    They took my $2700 and never showed up. They later called the day I needed to be out and I hired someone else. Im taking them to small claims now since they refuse to *************** or my money back.
