I signed up with the program and they didnt follow through on their end. They didnt sent POA to my loan companies and I kept getting harassed and they never settled **** accounts. Kept all the money for them first.Business response

I keep getting emails but no phone number of me address for the company. They say that I owe them but no letter or phone call. I can not get to them. I need to know about the service. If I owe it I will pay it. But if I do not have proof I will not payBusiness response

I was signed up for debt relief, I really didn't even understand what I was signing up for. I had a $10,000 debt to three creditors. I have paid $431 for about two years. My debt is still showing on my credit report $10,000. I cannot reach anyone at this company. The phone just rings and rings. I believe its a scam. I am contacting a lawyer for help. I cannot provide any documentation because they do not provide anything. I am a senior citizen and believe they took advantage of me.Business response

2021 i was unemployed, was difficult to pay my credit cards bills, sign up for depth relive services, did not pay ****** right away, was waiting for my contract with them, which has to be notarize, till today I do not have it,24 month was a length of my program, I did agree because i was promise to reduce my balances minimum to 40%, and finish my program earlier, however one month later i received a phone call from a lawyer from Golden Law LLC and hi told me there no such thing unless I will pay for example more , after a year I am now a dipper hall , many collection agencies on my back, I don't know what to do, more over I was told by CSR from Golden law that after cancelation I will be not able to get my money back, Please help me, I need to pay money back to my creditors, I want to sleep at night. Acct #*****************(Golden Law) or (Chabner *********************************** LLP). Most important - all my accounts were not negative on a day I got involved. Please Help , I have only one letter from ************* please see attached. Thanks BBBBusiness response

I was threatened on 06/02/2021 if I filed with the BBB, Fast Track will end my contract. I had high hopes for this program. I joined the program in March 2020 and was not behind on any of my credit cards. I was beginning to struggle. 4 creditors were added to the program. $393.02 a month was agreed upon based on my income. I now work 3 jobs to make these payments as well as pay my bills. I am now being sued by an aggressive creditor. The program wanted to extend my monthly payments and the program to satisfy the aggressive creditor. I was advised by an attorney that the program referred to me on 05/19 that I would never pay off the aggressive creditor that way. I have paid $5,895.30 and I want my money back, Aside from the 1 out of 4 creditors they have settled with which should total approx. $1,500.00. Staff insists its my fault I am being sued because I can't pay the $10k owed. This was the worst mistake I have made. Please help me get my money back. Approx. $ 4, 395.30.
