I went through the process of consolidating my debt with this company. I did what they said and removed automatic payments and began making my payments to them directly what was supposed to be for 9 months. Fast forward 3 months my credit score dropped 100 points why because they never paid off my debts and now Im months behind on payments according to the creditors and have paid them over $1400 for absolutely nothing besides making my situation worse than before. After signing up I contacted the creditors again one small $300 loan was paid off immediately and the rest said they were in negotiations with this company to have the debt paid off. Apparently they did absolutely nothing after that.

We acknowledge entering into a debt management agreement with ************************, but his accusations that we did not disburse payments to his creditors or that we are responsible for a drop in his credit score are without merit.

Our agreement with ************************ was to setup repayment plans with his three (3) creditors, and then collect payments from him monthly for disbursement to them. Upon enrollment in our program, we contacted each of his creditors with the proposed monthly payments he agreed to with us. All of his creditors accepted our proposed payments and repayment plan, except Net Credit. After contacting Net Credit, they advised that they would except our proposed payments, but because the account was a line of **********************, they would continue to report the account as past due until it was brought current or paid in full.

As of this date we have received two (2) monthly payments from ************************, which were disbursed to his creditors immediately upon clearing our bank. Attached is a copy of his account statement showing the payments received and disbursed in accordance with our agreement.

Regarding the impact on his credit score, our agreement clearly states that clients should continue to make direct payments to their creditors until such time all of our proposed payments are accepted by his creditors to prevent creditors from reporting the accounts past due during the interim. The agreement also states that we make no representations regarding any potential impact on consumer credit reports and that we have no control over how creditors report accounts. A copy of the signed agreement with ************************ with his acknowledgement of our credit reporting disclosures highlighted is attached.

At this point in time, we have fulfilled our responsibilities as agreed. Unfortunately, one of **************************** creditors (Net Credit) is requiring additional payments from him to bring his account current. ************************ may cancel his agreement with us at anytime without penalty, if he wishes. Or he may remove his Net Credit account from the program to pay directly himself and allow us to continue paying his other creditors. However, we are unable to make a correction to a credit report, as he requested.
