    I bought an airfare ticket on September 25 th, 2024 to flying out on February 7th, 2023 at 07:05 pm and returning on February 18th, 2024 (confirmation ZN1RMA). On February 4th, 2024 I checked the flights on the Azul website and found out that the *** VCP got anticipated by 8 hours ahead, a situation that I was not prepared and impossible to change my schedule. I was prepared for the flight to get delayed as Azul did with my 76 years-old husband and me on December 22nd, 2022 due to OVERBOOKING and NOT RESPECT MY HUSBANDS AGE (I just cant ignore the massive mistake!). I did use one of main US travel agencies (BACC) to book this flight as I have done numerous times. Neither the agency nor I received any change notification that was done in October 2023. I panicked and saved this trip buying a Avianca flight that arrived in ********* because I was born and raised there increasing another 2 hours bus ride to reach Campinas.I canceled the ***** VCP. The difference between the 2 flights was $ 127 more and I would like to be reimbursed somehow. I can understand delaying ONE DAY or couple of hours but anticipate a flight more than 8 hours ahead is a first.

    I was embarrassed and treated very poorly by one of the ir employees. I won't to the bathroom before my flight, my mom went in first because she is handicap and told me to meet her. I tried to board the plane and the guy did not allow me- stating that I had to go in with her. He said I was section 2 and had to wait. I waited in the side, he started boarding section 2 and did not tell me that I could go in. I then went to him showed him my passport and he let me in. He started talking to me on Portuguese, I told him I didn't speak Portuguese and he started telling people behind me that I was a ********* that did nor want to be Brazilian. Not sure what else he said, but he continued talking about me to the people behind me. He belittled me and caredless about my feelings- very unprofessional. HIS NAME is ******* **************. I think he should be repremended for the lack of unprofessionalism and rudeness.
