Josh H***** is the owner of Doctor Staffers recruiting company. He reached out asking if we needed help staffing for a CRNA. After paying him $1,000 REFUNDABLE retainer fee on May 4, 2022, he never provided candidates for this position. I sent him an email on October 19, 2022 asking him to cancel the contract and refunding the $1,000 retainer since he brought us no candidates for this position to hire. He said we would receive the $1,000 in 60 days. I emailed and called him over 10x from Dec. 21, 2022 to April 7, 2023. Josh replied on April 7, 2023 that he is sending the check in the mail that day. Now, it is May 4, 2023 and we still have not received a check….. NOR has Josh emailed me or called me back or responded to my texts. This is SO unprofessional. We have a contract in writing that stated if Doctor Staffers does not provide us someone to hire- we can cancel and get our $1,000 retainer back. I have been trying to get this back for 7 months. Completely unprofessional! And since he refuses to return my messages- I have no where to turn but here.
