"I dont believe they even deserve a star I have tried to get in contact with the Blu product and get no where Ive even tried emails and they finally responded with they cant help me with there own product that broke while I was watching something on the tablet and it cracked the hole screen and all they told me was I would have to pay for it to get repaired but it wasnt dropped or anything else I was using it and when I told them that they told me there is nothing they can do cause once it is sold the warranty goes out the door and they make you pay for what there product did on its own so I guess I have to leave a star or it will not be sent"
