I have been a patient of Dr G's off and on for years at the Delray Beach location. I went there on Friday and was diagnosed with pink eye and a sinus infection. They gave me drops for my eye and it seems that I am getting it in my other eye. I called them today and they said they cannot give me another prescription for the drops unless I come in and spend another $75.00. They are supposed to care about their patients and that is what they claim they do. They are only in it for the money, and I know if I went to my regular doctor and he gave me the drops for my eye, and I called him back he would call me in another prescription. Another thing is that they charged me more money at their pharmacy then I would pay at Walgreen or CVS. It isn't for connivence, it is again another way to make more money. I am never going back to them again. I would rather go to a hospital first. It seems that they just get into anything that will make them money. It is a joke and I will never go there again.

I was treated in January 2025 and upon arrival the receptionist confirmed DR.G'S was a PARTICIPATING PROVIDER with ****. They incorrectly overcharged my credit card $160.00 when my co-pay was only $50 (with no deductible). Upon receiving the **** explanation of benefits the total contracted covered fee is $160.00. **** paid DR.G'S $110 and my responsibility is the $50 copay. They overcharged me $110.00 and now refusing to reimburse me the overpayment. DR.G'S URGENT CARE is an outright fraudulent business and engage in over-billing. They take full advantage of sick and vulnerable patients that walk through the door for treatment.

PLEASE READ BILLING AND COPAY REVIEWS!! They double bill!! The lady at the front desk said they don't take my insurance. Said they would see me for $60( 2 kids)so total of $120. Then I got an EOB from my insurance. They submitted the claim anyway and got payment!! I signed a no refund paper. But no where did it say about them giving money back if the insurance pays. I have a credit that can only be used with my kids, what's it good for if my insurance pays!!

I reside in ************** my husband and I a travel to *************** for vacation, Unfortunately I got sick and I checked through my insurance application to Find for an urgent care I found this place to be covered and be part of the network . After paperwork and getting registered, they asked me for a co-pay of $160 At front I comply and I use my debit card to pay for this. After a few weeks, I check that my insurance company paid Them a full amount for my visit to the urgent care . I call *************** and requested a refund of $130 my co-pay it was only $30 They told me that they dont do refunds they will give me credit for the future I dont Reside in ******* I live in *************** I was on vacation. Theyre refusing to give me my money back. Just be careful. These people are bunch of crooks. Theyre double Dipping , My insurance tried to resolution with them and they refusing to give me my money back. Obviously, if you see, theyre doing this to a lot of people .

I am absolutely DISGUSTED. I had a horrible fall and went to this facility for medical care and advice. They charged me $160 right off the bat, before even being seen. I said..."even though I have medical insurance?" They said yes, we have a contract with the insurance company, and you have not met your deductible. I was fine with that because I thought that was actually the case. Part of the paperwork they had me sign was a no refunds contract. I signed it, under the understanding that I had not met my deductible, because thats what I was told. It is THEIR JOB to check my policy and determine if there is a copay/deductible. I did not know until AFTER I received my FL Blue Health Statement that I have NO DEDUCTIBLE for urgent cares, only a $50 copay. I trusted Dr. ** Urgent Care to know what they were talking about, and not be deceitful. I called, and my insurance company also called, and they will not refund me, although they accepted my payment, and then turned around and also processed my claim with my insurance company, and accepted payments from both of us. SCAM. They told me that they would only give me a credit. I would NEVER in a million years go back there!! The medical advice I received was medical malpractice. My lip was displaced (half of it up in the air!) and I was told to go home, put ice and Neosporin on it, take ibuprofen, and let it heal. She said if, down the road, once its healed, I need to have plastic surgery on it to put it back into place, then they will send me at that time, but theres nothing that can be done right now, and to just be patient and let my body to its thing. A week later an oral surgeon told me that I needed surgery immediately. My lip was healing like that displaced. The plastic surgeon that did my surgery was absolutely furious that they would not send me out immediately to get surgery. Instead, she had to go in, cut out a lot of scar tissue that had formed in 10 days, and then sew my muscles back together.

There is a reason ******* is notorious for medical scams and this place is the prime example. No ethics, no care for patients, rude behavior. In an establishment for sick people, they refused to give us a mask, while we are coughing up absurd amounts of mucus with bronchitis. They told us we can get one mask for $2 or sit without one. Spread of germs in an urgent care is no concern for them. They SELL masks to sick patients. Next, ****** is a rude, arrogant man who speaks to patients like they have no right to voice concerns. I mentioned a concern over a blood oxygen level and was almost laughed at and given a ****** in counting numbers. This place needs to be raided and shut down. I feel bad for anyone getting medical care here.

If I could give NO stars, I would. My husband went in for a visit...we have a $40 copay and they billed $110. He told them it was too much, but they continued. When he got home we called the billing office and we told we would need to wait until the insurance was processed. After it was processed, I called and was told to wait 30 days for review. Today I was told no refunds are issued by them .First of all, what a sham. Secondly, when he was seen, the ** walked in, asked what the issue was, he told them and there was NO exam. The ** just asked what medicine he wanted and wrong the script. AVOID at all cost.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. If you have insurance they will try and charge you the full amount even if they are an in-network provider. I tried to question why so much $$ in the office and got a run around answer while paying at the same time being rushed in to see the doctor. After I saw the doctor. I showed front desk and the manager my plan on my phone and they just gave another run around answer and to contact my insurance company. Next day my insurance called them to no avail and they gave them the same run around answer saying I would be refunded after they submit billing. I then called them myself and it finally came down to them telling me I would get "store credit" after it processes in 30 to 45 days and they do not do refunds... What!? Give me a credit to a place that treats people like this where I will never come back to!? NO THANK YOU! I never write negative reviews but this is just plain scamming/skimming and the people behind their payment processes need to be fired as the doctors were kind. But whoever is running their billing is scamming anyone with insurance that is for sure...

I went there 8 months ago and was forced to pay a copay to see the doctor regardless of the proof I had provided them that i have hit my max out of pocket. I was advised that i would have to get it back after the claim processed. Well here are are 8 months later and now they are refusing to refund that money back. Billing department refusing to issue the refund as it was advised it would be refund in 90 (that was last year) now I being ran around from the company. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY LIE AND STEAL!!

I was NOT told a rapid strep test would be $45 and not covered by insurance. AFTER I was given the test I was charged $45. If I had been told first I would not have had it. **** at ************* was extremely rude when I tried to contact ************************* the officer ******** I have emailed ***** and will hopefully get a response. Completley unethical not to tell a patient upfront about charges. Will be contacting media is situation is not resolved.

************************* is not the office manager, ***** is the Vice President of the Dr. G's Urgent Care. The manager who is responsible for the location was notified the following morning and was looking into the issue and what occurred. The patient continued to call the office the following morning repeatedly wanting to speak with *****. The patient was also sending emails constantly demanding that she be contacted by *****. ***** is not the person to handle this issue, the manager of the location is and he was again looking into it. The manager sent the patient an email the next day to let her know the process. The patient was seen at our facility at 6:10pm and was told that she would need to pay the $45 for the strep test. The patient agreed and paid the $45 to have the test performed. The services were rendered to the patient. After she left and had a conversation with her husband she returned and demanded her money back. Stating that she could have gone to her primary care and had the test done. We are not a primary care, we are an urgent care. It was explained to the patient, the services were rendered and she paid for the service.
