      Impossible to reach customer service. I cancelled an order and they sent it to me anyhow. Over an hour collective on waiting for customer service -- when they answer they disconnect and never call you back.

      Pets meds has changed. 30 minute wait to speak to someone. Ordered my pets meds 7 days ago and still hasnt shipped.Now Im completely out and he needs his medicine.I have to now get it from his vet and pay a lot more after Ive already paid PetMeds.Also, if you try to get a price match, they make it very difficult.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still waiting for replacement or refund of the wrong cat food they sent. Never got the meds for my cat that I ordered. No response to emails or posts on ********* I can't believe they have an A+ BBB rating.

      I ordered Nexgard and Heartgard, two very expensive medicines, one or both or which must have been a faulty batch. My pet vomited the doses two months in a row. She has taken these medicines for years without an issue. I called PetMeds and THEY stated that the medicines must have been a bad batch. Their words not mine initially. They also stated they stand by their products and would refund my money. After a month I'm still waiting for my refund. I will never order from them again.

      Petmeds is the WORST company I've ever dealt with! Stay away at all costs! I ordered flea medications over a MONTH ago and finally canceled the order because they kept s******* everything up. I had to get "vet approval"...I did...had to resubmit my order...I did...had to get our vet to resubmit their approval...I did and they did...I have the ** number, the confirmation number, the prescription approval AND a freaking screenshot of the approved order and they can't find it. No one will talk to each other and they keep bouncing/running me around in a circle until I'm too exhausted to deal with it. I canceled the order and will NEVER deal with them again. Plus I will scream from the mountain tops about how terrible their ***************** are. Stay away!

      Their customer service reliability has dropped. They have not contacted my vet and will not refund my money. I cant get thru to customer service!

      I wish I had read these reviews before trying out 1800 Pet Meds for heartworm medicine for our dog. This company is completely dishonest. They sent me an email with correct price information that I bought online, then somehow raised the price and charged $20 more!? After unsuccessfully trying to live chat, I called and after a 30 min hold was told that this error was due to their recent software switch and that they would refund the difference in 5 days. More than 2 weeks later, no refund. This time I was on hold and then call for total of 40 min! And was then told they couldn't find a manager but would try and submit the refund request again but couldn't guarantee it would work. It's more the principal of this deceptive bait and switch tactic and being mad thinking of how many people they may have done this too that didn't look closely at prices etc. I won't let this go, but I also won't buy anything from them again and can't believe this company is so shady.

      They do NOT keep their promises. Their customer service will tell you what they think you want to hear, but the company does NOT hold up those promises. If there were negative stars that's what we would give them. The company said they weren't receiving my dogs rx from the vet. The vet had to send it 4 times before they filled the rx. They said they would overnight it, but didn't. My pet will go over a week without her heart meds because of their failure. They don't do the auto ship even though you request it. They wait a week or more AFTER the supposed ship date to notify you if they need a vet rx. This company is poorly run and no one should trust them with their pet's health needs!

      800petmeds over the course of two years I don't think ever shipped anything on time. Worse, most items, foods in particular, are drop shipped and 800petmeds has no control and often doesn't even know what is going on. The final straw is that their internal systems are hopelessly screwed up. They often just skip shipments without notice when they don't have or cant get an item, no notification. The autoship system will not only skip, but also double fill and double charge you. If you dare complain they ignore you and block you on social media. I will never do business with these people again, it's just hopeless.

      I am unhappy with petmeds. Ordered dog food for the first time, expecting in 3-5 days. We are now at 9 days. Called customer service, waited 43 minutes to be told shipping has been delayed around ***** hours. We are on day 9 if you dont count Saturday and Sunday. I pointed this out that her timeline is actually past whats shes saying; just responded that it must be delayed. Told me Id get an email with shipping information: never got it yet and never got one initially. I let the customer service provider know if the company doesnt care, I would cancel authorship. She seemed fine with that so I am doing that and will not order from PetMeds any longer. Also canceled my other auto shipped flea meds for two cats as I have been a regular customer. I now have to head to store to buy dog food while waiting for the dog food I already paid for. If they said shipping is this long, I would have paid for faster shipping or went elsewhere.
