            I requested a refund for ~$150 worth of items. They sent me a shipping label to return the product by Sunday Jun 3 via ***** I noticed that it was **** (closed on Sunday) on June 2nd but was called into a meeting and was not able to ship the item. They had sent me automated emails including one indicating I could return on 4 Jun.Must have been a glitch in their system. I dropped off the package at a third party shipping office that services **** packages on 4 Jun, but Levenger claims to have cancelled the shipping label. The package is now gone, the old shipping label is deleted from my view off my account, and despite my repeated requests for shipping data such as "To", "From", and "Tracking Number", they have not provided it. Instead, they are telling me to talk to the shipping office - who no longer has the package, claiming it shipped - and I can not file a missing package request with **** without a tracking number. It makes me wonder if the package did indeed reach Levenger and they are just keeping my money, too.I have exchanged several emails with their *************** *********** but it appears like they do not actually care. I am out $150 and a disproportionate amount of time.

            I placed an order (nothing customized, all products sold by Levenger and not third party vendors as far as I could tell) before the start of business on Friday, Dec 23, with express shipping -- at the time I placed the order, the expected delivery on the order checkout screen was around Dec 28, and nothing was listed as taking extra processing time. I didn't expect it would be processed and ship out that day, but I expected that it would surely ship out the following week to arrive by New Year's with the express shipping. It didn't. In fact, it still hadn't even shipped the following week - the order was still at the warehouse fulfillment step! I reached out to Levenger customer service 3 times about this order, the first two times asking for an ETA for shipping (none was given; just excuses), and the third time (after >20 minutes on hold) asking to cancel the order, which was finally done on January 4.This was my first time ordering from Levenger, and based on this experience, it will also be the last. Their communication needs to vastly improve in this digital age. It is not acceptable to hold onto orders for 10 days (particularly those ordered with express shipping!), not ship them, and not proactively communicate that processing is delayed. For context, I ordered from several other retailers on Dec 23 and Dec 24 this year, and all of those orders were processed and shipped no later than Dec 27. One retailer I frequently shop from will pre-emptively send me an email if orders haven't shipped within 3 days explaining that they're running behind and will ship ASAP.

            We apologize that your order may have been delayed due to issues in our distribution facility. Over the past few weeks our distribution center has had to close down due to severe storms and a power outage which were out of our control. we could have done a better job catching up from those events but regrettably we are still working on this.

            Please know that our team is working at full capacity and our number one goal is shipping all orders as quickly as possible. I do see that your order has been cancelled and I am truly sorry that this is not the level of service you have come to expect from Levenger, and I promise our entire organization is committed to returning to the standards we have upheld for 35 years.
