Horrible, I have purchased from them 2 times and both rings one of the stones came out. The first ring the stone came out after 1 year so they wouldn't fix it. the second ring the stone came out after 5 months, so i sent it in to be fixed, saw the tracking information that they received the ring. WEll now after 3 weeks they say they have no record of my ring being received and that there's nothing they can do about it. So I have no ring and I'm out of money $800+

Ziamond Reply: - Customer originally contacted Ziamond 2-19-20 requesting a repair authorization, on the same date a Service Authorization was issued. - Again on 2-25-20 the customer requested another repair authorization and another one was issued on the same day. - Customer then contacted Ziamond via Live chat and accused Ziamond of not responding to her or assisting her to get her repair authorization, meanwhile, Ziamond replied twice with an authorization and detailed instructions on how to send her item in for repair. - On 4-15-20, customer contacted us again for a repair authorization claiming she never received one, Ziamond issued the customer a Service Authorization along with instruction to send her item in for repair under the Ziamond warranty on that same date for a third time. - On 4-30-20, customer contacted Ziamond asking about status of her repair that she sent in. We advised the customer we had no record of receiving her item yet, we asked her to provide a tracking number so we can verify package was delivered to Ziamond and who signed for it. - Customer has yet to provide a tracking number. She stated she tracked the package and saw it was delivered and then threw away the tracking number. We advised that she can visit her post office and they can provide locate the tracking number once they look up any packages shipped from her zip code to our zip code or address. - Ziamond is more than happy to assist, but we no have record in our incoming shipping logs of her item ever being delivered to Ziamond. All we ask is for tracking information so we can look into this further. We understand if the customer has lost her tracking number, but we verified with the post office and the customer can get this information by simply visiting her post office. We passed this information on to the customer and will await her reply. - Ziamond has done nothing wrong and has been ready to help at every contact point with this customer.
