      My mother who is 70 years old used this insurance based on the recommendation of the place she bought her car. To say this company is fraudulently inept is being kind. All 4 tires from her car were stolen on Dec 30th, the same day she filed a police ***ort and a claim. As of Jan 14th, *********************************************************** resolution other than requests for documentation that she has already furnished via fax with confirmation. It took a *** a week just to get out and inspect the damage. I have been calling the adjuster's number and extension and emailing daily since the *** gave us his info, ***** *********. Not one phone call or email in response. Meanwhile, I'm renting my mom a car for 2 weeks, which they don't even cover, while we wait for whatever it is they are going to do to cover her What the heck has she been paying for every month???

      I was in an accident on the 12th and I have been literally calling for weeks trying to get a hold of my insurance company about my claim and I cannot get a hold of them. I ended up having to surrender my vehicle because of this issue.

      Their insured hit my car on December the second. Since then, I have heard nothing from anyone pass an adjuster coming out to look at the car. I have called multiple times over the last 20 days. To be hung up on as a matter of fact hung up on 5 times today for the last 3 weeks, they've been saying that the claim Is in its final process, call the adjuster? Several times no one calls back. This is definitely not a reputable insurance company. It looks like i'm gonna have to file a lawsuit because this is the most ridiculous experience that I ever had with an insurance company.       I was rear ended on September 20th, 2024 by a woman who is insured by pearl holding group. The woman did not have bodily injury insurance, so I paid for my injuries with my own insurance. I went through pearl holding to fix the damages to my vehicle, which included car seat replacements. I also was told by a customer service agent at ******************************************* that I would need to pay for a rental car out of pocket while my vehicle was being repaired. Then I could send my adjuster the rental car receipt and be reimbursed. The adjuster that was assigned to me will not return my calls or emails. I have called their customer service and they tell me she will call me that day, but never does. I have left messages with her supervisor to not resolve. I have not received the money for my car seat damages or reimbursement for my rental car. I cannot even get a response confirming they received the receipt. I cannot get any response from this company outside of calling their customer service who can only read the notes on my file from the adjuster or forward my calls to the adjuster.

      On 11/22/24, I submitted a claim due to a car accident. All has been completed on my end. The appraiser went to the body shop to look at my car and submitted his report on 11/26/24. As of 12/05/23, an approval still has not been received and I have been unable to reach my adjuster.

      On October 30th a woman ran a red light, our car is low and we were in the middle lane, our car is manual so it took about 3 seconds after the light turned green for us to shift into gear and accelerate. The car on the left lane blocked our view but they abruptly slammed on their brakes and just barely missed the car of the driver that ran the red light. By the time we saw the car it was too late and we impacted. Police were called, and it turned out that the woman driving the car was not registered to the car, on the car insurance, and did not even have a license. Its her brothers car and his **********************. The woman never said anything to the police officer, yet they didnt give her a ticket. For about two weeks, we had to call Pearl Holding At least three times a day, every time we would call we would get a different representative who would tell us a different story, nobody knew what was going on with our claim. After about three weeks, we are finally assigned an adjuster, after multiple days of nonstop calling and emailing we have never spoken to this adjuster, to this day I have still not received an answer. After continuously calling, they finally sent us an email with a letter stating that our car was deemed a total loss. Keep in mind, this woman was running the red light a good five seconds after it had turned red, and she was going so fast that part of our bumper ended up underneath her car, penetrating her tire. After another two weeks of calling, we were told that it was in the hands of the property damage supervisor and were given her extension. I called her five times at different times throughout the day and not once did this woman answer me or give me a call back. Again, left multiple voicemails. No communication whatsoever. Sometime after midnight, she sends an email stating that we would not get compensation and our car stays wrecked. There was no good reason, just conflicting statements. Not once did they call us to confirm our story.

      Hello, My name is ****** ****, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Ocean Harbour. We currently have an open claim (S34W1154) with the insurance company, and we recently received a settlement offer of $3,929. The reason for filing this complaint is that the company has not provided adequate support or clarification regarding the offered amount. I have made multiple attempts to contact the responsible department, but have not received a satisfactory response.I would also like to highlight that the average response time is completely unreasonable, as the companys customer service takes over an hour, as shown in the attached screenshots. Furthermore, the company has not responded to my most recent emails as of this complaint's submission. I sent emails to ******************************************************* and ***************************************************** without receiving any reply. Additionally, I attempted to contact the Claim Manager using extension 2678, but no one ever answers or returns my messages. I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly, and that clear explanations regarding the settlement amount be provided.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      car insurance address was changed on my policy based on a address on my driver license that was recently changed due to purchasing a home but i still reside in ********* i have submitted all documents and nobody wants to change my address back correctly. claims department does not want to change it so that underwriting can approve it. i keep getting the run around

      On October 10th I filed a claim from Hurricane ******. Which caused water damage to my BRAND NEW 2025 ****** Camry. My area is not a flood zone we are in zone doesnt even have a number for evacuation. So this wasnt an expected incident. A lake flooded and caused a good amount of flooding in my area with fresh water. This company PEARL HOLDING GROUP, whom Ive had for my car insurance for over 3 years. Ive been paying roughly ******* every month on time, which increases for no reason randomly with no notifications or reasoning to why. Included rental to my understanding from what I was told and the reason I signed on. Theyve been the absolute worst company ever! I was understanding of the beginning process being somewhat behind due to the high amount of drivers in my situation. YET I have still had no resolution and little to no contact from my now second adjuster ********* *****. My adjuster changed a week or so into my claim without notifying me as well. I sent all the paperwork needed to the first adjuster whom also told me rentals were taken care of as part of my policy. I got a email from a random lady ***** saying he was no longer with them, no information on me new adjuster nothing. So I had to call, no each time I call theres over 10 people in front of me and I wait a total of 3-4 hours to get someone on the phone EACH TIME. Then I got my new adjuster (from hells) contact information. Since then I have gotten 2-3 responses from her. None of my questions answered. I still have no idea whats going on and have had to do my OWN investigation to find some answers out. So over a month and a half later, no answers of the status of total loss or fixable. I called the shop I found through my cars location and they told me the cars totaled due to salt water. It was fresh water not salt I told him, he says thats what the report said. So here again over 1k in rentals later NO responses still. This is the worst experience after such a traumatic event in my life!
