50% payment is required when the reservation is accepted. The balance of the payment is due no less than 30 days prior to departure. Per-person charges for cancellations prior to departure (“Cancellation Period”) are as follows: 30 days or more prior to departure: 95%  refund of the Tour cost; 29 days or fewer days prior to departure: 0% refund of the Tour cost.
