      This Agent Is a licensed Insurance agent that works for E-telequote/Easy ******** whom National producer Number I later found out after research is ********. She said she does ******** and would be able to help me get some benefits thats available to me as a ******** beneficiary at no cost with Money back on my Social Security and a food stamps card. I was interested she then pulled out her card and gave it to me then went on. On that card was a different name ( *******************************) On the same card it had her email which was ************************************ along with two different phone numbers, On the card it said ******** Consultant/ Life insurance with a link address that is linkbio.co/5042621Oy6eAC The Link address was a link for Life insurance inquiries where you can also lookup on social media and find her page and the link under her page (which was very unprofessional) once you get to the link, you put in some information so she can set a 1 on 1 with you to help you get life insurance, On that link which was the agent website She was under another Name Again this time it was *********************, When you put in your contact information for her to contact you, She emails you back confirming the appointment under a different email address then take a week after the time you schedule a appointment and called from a different number I gave her my number I give out when I first inquire about anything so Im not receiving a bunch of spam calls since the website seemed sketchy. She then emailed me back from a different email address with an another different name as *************************** asking for me and my family information for life insurance, She told me that she can help me get a life insurance where the first months premium is on her and I can take it out to put down for a house, She said life insurance is to have to spend now not later, I emailed her back after her response which took a week and I asked her about the different names, Email addresses and phone numbers also about the ******** benefits she said I have available to me and qualified for in my area, that we originally spoke about that she was promising she could help me start receiving. Not only did she skipped over answering anything when I said that, The agent never addressed, Said or clarify what her Name was, She went on asking for information for underwriting process , when we had not yet even talked on the phone.or Sat down to go over some basic information first. She said she been an insurance agent for years I asked for my protection May I have some sort of legal identification from her a real name or since she said shes licensed if I could have her NPN number before proceeding with anything else because she was all over the place. The agent completely disregarded any of my requests or concerns. She got defensive saying that I didnt give my personal number at first and that she wasnt asking for anything that could be used for a scam, Yet I still didnt know among the names she used which one she went by, She refused to give out her NPN , She then said she was a independent contractor, I asked her is that with ******** as well ? she said she also does ******** and uses easy ********/E-telequote to submit enrollments. At this point Im confused and concerned about information *** already given this agent especially after seeing how she responded and the lack of professionalism Her book of business was also mixed with and shared on her personal stuff/ life where you see this agent is very immature, On her page she promotes violence and Scamming as some of her posts she reveals her kid father taking money from people and hun giving it to her, She uses profanity like a sailor and seems to argue with everyone yet having those accounts and your business or occupation on the same is very discouraging. Later we were able to call her place of work only to find out that this agent was fired from her last job and just started this job with easy ******** where it was said that the agents are not suppose to cross sell or do both ******** plans and Life insurance as that is considered A Conflict of Interest and Misrepresentation, This agent has a lack of knowledge on Insurance policy and procedures, I believe after finding additional information about this agent I believe She is using her license to her advantage she is misrepresenting a Company for her own gain, She creating different avenues for her own advantage and good in the insurance field due to her having the license. I was able to identify the Red flags early on however I dont know how many others she has approached with this sales pitch and/or unprofessional, Misleading information but This agent was very deceiving and abrupt when trying to get my information and consent. At the same time She used 3 different Never said her Real name , Refused to give her National producer number, She portrays herself as a independent contractor for life and ******** health insurance agent giving false promises at the same time using a company she just started working for to help her gain trust and Bribery by promising to pay our premiums first month to wheel us and others in. Is this the Employees EasyMedicare Hires?

      Shaylene L**( ************) insurance agent of easy Medicare of eTeleQuote Insurance called me stating she has a better health insurance plan for me. She was misleading and deceptive and meant to cause me financial harm. Now I have to pay $29 more money for coverage opposed to the $170.10 I am already is paying for health care. And per Medicare I can't change back until Oct or Nov open enrollment. I also have to pay more money for diagnostic testing. I am on a fix income. And need that $29 dollars for food. Hopefully this will help someone else. Thank you for your time.

The agent told me that I qualify for medicard would to pay for the premium for my part B and would receive a letter letting me know in 45 days. Hasn't happen and it has been more than 45 days. So I wasn't prepared to pay for part B also $29 extra just for to have transportation to doctors appointment. Which showed me today they arent totally reliable for that. Because I had a dental appointment and they was a no show to get me there. Please there is no need to continue to try covering up the deceptive practice. And with Aetna I didn't have to pay extra out my check or extra money for diagnostic testing.I just lost my mother because of a systemic racist healthcare system(DUKE UNIVERSITY) on 5/23/2022.PLEASE LET ME GRIEVE IN PEACE.       EasyMedicare (e-Telequote) started calling my phone several months ago using spoofed numbers. They use foreign call centers in Pakistan/India. These call centers are the "screeners" that filter out non potential customers. Once a screener is tricked into thinking they have a valid customer they transfer that call to one of their offices (typically in Florida). After tricking the screeners, I spoke directly with an agent and requested my number be removed from their call list. I also stated that my number had been on the do not call registry for many years. They assured me they would remove it. It's been several months since then and the calls have not stopped. I've posted questions on both of their Facebook pages, and they are ignored and deleted. Each time I post questions asking why they spoof numbers they retaliate by increasing the amount of spam calls the next day. I'm receiving close to 50 per day. This company has a long history of this type of retaliation. These call centers are not telemarking, they are harassing. I have requested many times that they provide me with a direct contact number of someone that is responsible for removing numbers from their call list. The request is always ignored.
