Ordered never delivered. Contacted the company when ************* noted being held due to insufficient postage. Company claimed it was an error and to be patient. **** has seized the shipment and I will not receive it due to counterfeit postage. The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered ************** property under **** regulations and will not be delivered. Resolution statement from consumer via email:This matter is resolved but the company should be noted as highly questionable if not fraudulent.The company initially wanted time to look I got the matter. This was the same tactic used to delay my multiple requests for refunds. When notified that a complaint had been filed with BBB and my ********** was going to receive a fraud dispute, they processed a refund. They would not issue the refund until fraud charges and complaints were involved.~ ******* ~***************************

I ordered 4 blankets that were supposed to be full sized, they are barely throw blanket sized. This seems to be a common complaint. They also want the package to be returned in the shipping material which is impossible due to it being shrink wrapped and taped in a bag so you have to cut it open to get it out, they also say you have to pay for return shipping to ******* even though on the main webpage it says easy returns which it is not.Initial Complaint

On August 16th, I ordered a king size blanket that is supposed to be 80inx90in. On August 29 a blanket was received that was 45 in x 51 in. After contacting support they are denying that they have done anything wrong and are refusing to process a refund without me paying a shipping charge for a return that is more than the cost of the blanket.Initial Complaint

The business uses misleading labeling. They sell a blanket labeled Queen, which is typically 90 inches wide, and what the customer receives is a ********************** that is 52 inches wide, barely the size of a typical Twin blanket. When I emailed customer service to complain about the *********************** size, I was required to send multiple rounds of photos to prove what I was reporting. I stretched the blanket as much as possible per their customer service instructions and I provided a photo of the blanket I received compared to an actual Queen duvet that I own. The customer service departments response was to gaslight me by telling me that I received what I ordered, a Queen-sized blanket and that I was just not stretching it out enough. While I acknowledge that I likely received the exact product that I ordered, I fully expected that a product sold in the ************* as a Queen blanket comes within at least a FOOT of an actual Queen width of 90 inches, not a 52 inch lap blanket. I have read other complaints of this nature on the BBB website. This company is intentionally misleading customers with its labeling, and their custom service department gaslights people when they get in touch to point out the problem. I am unable to return the item as I needed to remove the label and wash it upon receipt as Im sensitive to chemicals.Initial Complaint

The website states the blankets are standard US bed sizes, but they are not. The queen blanket I ordered is barely a twin size. I have not heard back from the company after emailing them.Customer Answer

The company did reach out to me and asked for a photo of the blanket to show how off the sizing was. I sent that and they immediately refunded my money and allowed me to keep the blanket. I ordered some blankets from this company on December 20, 2024 and the blankets never arrived. Ive been in contact with customer service and they keep telling me it will just be a few more days. When I check shipping status, it appears to be stuck since January 2, 2025. The winter will be over when/if I ever receive the blankets. Company wont agree to give me my money back. I purchased a blanket online on 12/8/24 which was paid by my ********* card. The charge was processed on 12/9/24, and cleared the bank on that same date. To date, I have not received the blanket; I have reached out to the company, to no avail. They did not inform me that my blanket was coming from another country; I only found out because in addition to the amount I paid for the blanket plus taxes, I was charged an additional ****************** Fee. That is when I discovered the product was not a U.S. product. I have asked for a cancellation and a full reversal of the amount I paid since I have not received the product for which they charged me and for which they already received their money in full. I did inform them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. They sent me an email giving me $20 towards a new purchase. Why would someone buy something from a company from whom they have yet to receive the first product? Apparently even though they state they are located in the ***** their return address is listed as "The Fleece Blanket, *******************************************. Since it has now been over one month since I ordered the blanket, over one month since they took my payment in full plus the ****************** Fee, I would request a full refund of all monies paid by me. I will no longer do business with a company that has so many discrepancies on their website and, further, does not even declare they are a foreign company; one has to dig deep into their website for such information.Customer Answer

My daughters just opened their blankets for Christmas and they are nothing close to what I ordered. They are thin and shedding. I would like a refund. This company is running a scam on false advertising. They also want the buyer to send the products back to *********** for returns and refunds in the original packaging. I ordered 8 blankets on 11/26/2024 total of $500. I have not received them. When I call the company I get a voicemail and no return call. I have emailed them with no response. Their phone number is *********** *************************************
