On August 25th we went to Suntamers to discuss and schedule the window tinting on the vehicle. Mr. ******** explained exactly what was requested on this vehicle. The tint tech scheduled an appointment for September 11th. On September 11th. Ms. ******** brought the vehicle in to have the work completed. The sales rep explained there is a lifetime warranty and any issues we can go to any of there stores as this ********** store was further from us and didnt know that the ******************** store was theres as well. We then stopped at the Suntammers in ******************** as they are the same company on September 15th. The employee there met us with hostility and kept repeating himself stating that hes not the one that put it on. We were asking about the darkness as it was extremely light, the blue tint, the haziness and didnt even have a chance to discuss the bubbles that were still in the tint. It was a very hostile situation. On Monday, September 18th we contacted the ********** Suntamers and the employee said to bring it in and they would fix it but still not listening and over talking Mr. ********* September ********************************************************************************************** and they would peal them and not fix the windows and charge $30 and refund the rest. Mr. ******** came in and the owner threw $400 at him and screamed your a piece of sh*t he tried to ask about the price but the owner continued to scream with veins popping out of his neck screaming get the f*ck out of my building and followed Mr ******** out to the vehicle still screaming youre a f*ing scum bag you scumbagged me for $140 for a piece of tint. Verbally assaulting Mr. ******** and invading Mr. ********* personal space. All while the tint tech was peeling the blue, hazy, bubbled tint quietly off the vehicle. Can not do a ****** review as the owner has had it removed so he doesnt have people know how he acts.

      Business Response

      Date: 10/09/2023

The Customer wanted Tint and His Wife(?) brought their SUV into the ********** Shop for installation. The Customer then came to ********************** in ******************** a few days later to tell me that he wanted it done like his pickup truck, I asked to see the pickup truck to compare what we did to what he wanted, he refused to do so. He insisted that we didn't follow his directions, the customer didn't understand the VLT(Visible light transmissions) percentages as we exceeded his requested darknesses only to be told it was too light. We couldn't make his light colored interior on his SUV look dark enough with the window tint he requested. Suntamers decided to remove the tint job and refund his money, this wasn't acceptable to him as he kept on insisting we make it look like his Pickup truck. Suntamers is out the time and money trying to make this customer happy, We couldn't do it, he was a very unpleasant individual.

      Thanks, ***************************, Owner Suntamers
