    Don't deserve any star! In 2023 I paid for two maintenance on my air conditioner and on the 2nd service the tech said he cleaned system and said that coils, insulation, blower were full of mold, and that I need to have it cleaned. I called their office to get a price and they wanted $1600 to clean it. I went on Angi's list to get 2nd opinion and ******** Cooling in ****** called me back. I set appointment with *********** were here 7 days after ******** to clean HVAC system. They confirmed my doubts! It was not mold and the tech did not clean/ service anything. It was dirty, and had not been cleaned. ******** showed me pictures, and I could see all of the dirt & slim, even the outside/housing of the blower was dirty. ******** also provided pictures after they cleaned it. Big difference! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY! Very dishonest! The Office personnel, *****, NEVER returns a phone. When you call in, ***** continually states, "ok, I'll call you back," and she NEVER does it.

    This customer was unhappy with her final visit at the end of her one year maintenance agreement. I called her personally to hear her complaint and try to resolve the issue. This customer was not interested in resolving the issue with us and wanted a full refund of her maintenance contract which she was at the end of. I explained our refund policy on maintenance contracts and that I could not issue her a full refund but would refund half of it out of the kindness of my heart. She agreed to this quickly and had concluded that we would amicably go our separate ways.


    We deal with thousands of customers annually and try our best to make everyone happy but we all know that is not possible. I am surprised with this one star review due to our conversation, the refund she received, and the fact that the only issue she had was the final maintenance at the end of her agreement. The pictures from the other company only confirmed what we had already told her.
