  I'm not even sure what to say. I put all I had in this. I thought I would trust a real company this time other than someone on YouTube. This is the second time I went with a major company. Was robbed in broad daylight. First the Kenworth dealership. Then credit suite. I guess by now I have learned my lesson. Do your research first. Then make action. If you don't do the research then you deserve what you get. Remember they always say follow steps one through three. Follow the portal. Buy crap you don't need. Get 10 15 20 accounts net '30s. You don't need your own credit he said. Another lie. When I inquired on this company and 2020. He told me $2,500. Then when I call them back the following week he said 3,000. I should have known there. They was desperate and trying to hustle innocent people for their hard earned money. For those who kept like myself through the whole COVID.. I can be on here all day right and all the stuff they had me do. They didn't do anything. But give me a website to follow each step. Then when you call in this is another joke. They got attitudes most of the time. Phone call delay sounds like a robot. I'll be happy when they take over. Least I won't have to be mad at the human on the other end. I called in today when they told me I had 5 years what their plan and they said oh you only can be coached for one year. And you only have 4 years not five so there's another lie. I should have went with done and Bradstreet. Their program was cheaper. Next time. I'll just end it here. I don't want to raise my blood pressure thinking about this. Can dust off my feet and keep me moving forward. I've gotten more information from YouTube. Then I have from these clowns over here. By the way if you decide to go with this company you won't even get a credit card. Their program is week old fashioned. And all the information that everybody has paid for they use they're using or should I say stealing. The data.

  *******, we are honestly unsure on most of what is being mentioned here since it is simply non-factual to how we conduct business day-to-day. Our contract clearly states that it is for one year, which was successfully executed and finished out. During that one year, we also called and coached you over 100 times. Additionally, we did not and do not market that you will never have to personally guarantee anything again. That is simply an unrealistic promise we could never make, and being industry leaders for over a decade, that's very obvious to us. Regarding D&B, D&B would have only built the reporting, not Experian and Equifax. For the pricing, we regularly run promotions and in case by case situations allow sales representatives to discount during certain timeframes. Adjusting pricing over time is normal business practice and our pricing is competitive. Finally, we do not use "robots." We have an entire team of highly and regularly trained specialist.
  
  It is unfortunate to see this review built off of mostly baseless confusion. Especially after we confidently did everything we could to help your success. Which we still hope for you and your business!

  I have highly appreciated the way that Credit Suite has worked with me and the level of professionalism that they have brought in our interactions. The products have worked the way they were described and the customer service has been outstanding. Reading through some of the comments in BBB leaves me to believe that there were a number of people who thought the process would be done for them or didn't understand what was involved. Building Business Credit is not a cheat code used in a video game but a process that does take time and investment from the individual business owner. Many of these complaints sound the opposite of what I have first hand experienced with Credit Suite and I am grateful to be a part of this company.

  this company is a scam made promises about building business credit without using personal credit but that is not true. you will have to use your personal credit and buy items you don't need after you pay their subscription fee.

  *******, using extreme buzzwords such as "scam" is a bit unfair considering we provided you with our full service and also attempted at many points along the way to assist your concerns. There are many options for building business credit without using personal credit. We stand by that and proudly have thousands of business owners who can personally vouch on our service getting the business credit and funding they hoped for without using personal credit whatsoever. But this is a case-by-case basis. In your case, once we had a better understanding into your situation, our platform suggested the personal credit route since it appeared to be the best option for you. We also reached out to you to walk through the process with you, but judging off of this review, you walked away from that conversation as us attempting to sell you "items you don't need." It's disappointing to review your case and the time we spent with you, and to see a one star review and the word "scam" attached to it simply because of an unrealistic want you may have had going in. Regardless, we wish you and your business the best of luck.

  None of what you are saying is true. My personal credit wasn't good enough to use and I expressed that to you. So still trying to scam by speaking untruth. If you stand by your program as you say then you would have given me a refund within the thirty days as you told me from the beginning.

  I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Credit Suite Inc. I purchased their Core Business Credit Builder package in June 2022 with high hopes of building business credit without relying on my personal credit. However, my experience with Credit Suite Inc. has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. Upon signing up for their services, I was promised access to an industry-leading funding suite, five years of funding consulting and support, a seven-step business credit building process, access to hundreds of vendors, banks, and lenders, over 20 alternative funding options, a direct prime lending application, and 12 months of funding suite support. Unfortunately, these promises were not fulfilled. One of the major issues I encountered was the use of my personal credit for funding, despite assurances from Credit Suite Inc. that this would not be necessary. Additionally, the funding amount I received was significantly less than expected, and there was a lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. Furthermore, Credit Suite Inc. directed me to a third-party company, Capwell Funding, for assistance with securing business funding. While initial communication from Capwell Funding seemed promising, there was a lack of follow-up and support after the Bank of America card application was cancelled. Despite my attempts to reach out for assistance, I received no response or resolution from either Credit Suite Inc. or Capwell Funding. In conclusion, my experience with Credit Suite Inc. has been highly disappointing and has left me feeling frustrated and misled. I would caution others against using their services and urge the company to address the issues raised to provide a more satisfactory experience for future customers.   *****, our records show that we attempted to assist you as much as we could with your business funding. But due to circumstances out of our control, you were approved for funding that was far less than what you had in mind originally. Even if the amount was disappointing for you, we confidently stand by the fact that we gave you full service and attention during the process leading up to that funding. We never promised high approval amounts, since those amounts are unrelated directly to our service and is highly dependent on a case-by-case basis that fall backs on the business owners financial and business health. We did what we could on our end and find it disheartening that our work with you was clumped in with something completely out of our control. Regardless, we wish you the best of luck and continued success.

  This company is the gold standard in results. They are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. ****************************** you-tube videos were precise and imminently understandable.I was going to go with another company but after seeing his ******* videos I changed course. He struck me as an empath which is the type of person I cherish and seek out for professional relationships and relationships in general. *************************** (manager) helped me tremendously and is solution based and saavy. She also struck me as being an empath. ******* and ******** and all of the point people who helped me(sometimes on a daily basis)were delightful informative and assiduous workers on my behalf. These people and this model of ****************************** is the gold standard.

  Never do anything with Credit Suite, Inc. They do not promise what they claim to deliver. I wasted $2497 on their partner program. Do not use this company, you will end up overpaying because they claim to help you with getting business credit without using your personal credit score. That's a bunch of BS. They can't help you at all but have you fork over monies for nothing.

  This company spends alot of money on advertising to hook you in. The hire overseas VA and they call you consistently. I didn't like the training because they use IA instructors very unprofessional. I asked for a refund they will not give to me, saying it's in the 18 page contract. Please stay away from this unprofessional company.

  If you do not have a 700 credit score or higher, DO NOT USE CREDIT SUITE OR CREDIT KEY. I was oversold, overpromised and they have under delivered tremendously. There are ZERO options for you even if you have fair personal credit.The whole point of becoming a member and starting this program was to begin building business credit so that I would not have to utilize my personal credit any longer.After wasting my money using Credit Key to pay for the Credit Suite program, I am now between a rock and a hard place as this economy continues to spiral downward.Credit Key is also useless so DO NOT let Credit Suite convince you to use them when they keep sending emails saying "pay any invoice" which isn't true. The Credit Suite rep told me there was a 12 month option and when I signed up, Credit Key only gave me a 6 month option which was the same as with Credit Suite. The only benefit is that is was like a Net30 for the first payment.There are better options than these two crappy "programs" so research and do not waste your time and money.
