            John Novak installed an HVAC system for my upstairs that spews mold into my house and it stops working if I don't back flush the algae out of drain pipe every month. In the past 33 years I have had three different brands of air conditioners, a Rheem, a Lenox, and a *******. The ******* was installed around 2007 for the downstairs and it's still running. NONE of them EVER had a mold problem. I was told by John Novak that it was a problem with the cabinet and basically I'd just have to live with it. I called ***************** and they referred me back to the dealer. I shouldn't have to live with an air conditioner that spews out mold. I'm very disturbed that no one from these companies back up their products.

            Thank you John Novac, you are a business that customers can count on. My dad is a Veteran with a few health conditions and having a few financial problems do to covid 19. John Novac, being Christians themselves donated there time parts and service and came out and repaired my father's AC unit free of charge, which was a very costly project. I give you 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s John Novac Air conditioning for all that you do in helping your community, word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and I'm recommending you to everyone needing your service, thank you again, and GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
