      I tried to cancel the order for this product< 16 hours, but couldnt get to speak to a live person, then I sent and e- mail regarding my desire to cancel and this company shipped product 2 days after order was placed and >24hours after my request to cancel

      Product sent to old address. Was never asked for an address. Only automated responses via phone or email. No live person to speak to. My only recourse will be to dispute the charge on my credit card.

      A scam company. They do provide the product stated with a catch. After receiving my first product I canceled future orders from ARMRA as it was too expensive. A week later, I receive a new order confirmation! I then emailed the staff not even five minutes after the confirmation, and they said there was nothing they could do. It is really shameful and deceptive how ARMRA is operating their business and website.

      This company is a complete scam. Please do not ever order from here. Their order protection is fake, the order protection website doesnt recognize the order number. Moreover, the shipment company didnt give me a letter where the package was ready for a pickup. Then it went back to the warehouse. I created a chargeback, and then Armra said theyd refund me only if I cancel the chargeback. My bank said this is an indication of a scam, that they will have no intention of refunding me once the chargeback is reversed. And I can never re-open the chargeback if I cancel it. They respond to the chargeback saying its incorrect, and that my package is ready for pickup. Incorrect, the tracking is invalid, went back to their warehouse and that was over a month ago. Such a nightmare. You guys should seriously go out of business. Disgusting.

      I ordered the product offered by this company which is colostrum on *****. I have ordered before from them. This time someone mailed the package out to me but did not put a house number on it. The post office could not deliver so sent the package back to sender. I receive tracking updates on all my deliveries and immediately knew what the problem was and tried to contact them. For two days I did not receive any response. I called the ***** number listed and it says they have no live agents. I had already contacted them by text and email to no avail. Finally I received a response and they admitted it was their error and woul refund my mind which is $165.00. To date, *****, I still do not have a refund. I receive surveys from them asking how I like how they resolved my issue. They havent. It is a bot that responds. I am getting nowhere with them and disputed charge with credit card company.

      I gifted one jar of colostrum to my brother. I proceeded to go online to cancel any subsequent deliveries. Apparently, it didn’t register as the recipient received a second delivery. I tried to have the recipient send back the jar. Refund was rejected. I’m no longer a fan of doing business with this company and have cancelled my personal account.

      Im totally allergic to this product. Gave me severe belly bloat and gas which was the reason I stopped drink cow milk to begin with. Definitely not for me and now Im out a chunk of money I could have bought something that actually helped me. Didnt realize I couldnt return open container after using for less than a week. If youre gonna try it I suggest getting packets first to make sure it agrees with your body. I dont know if its related but I also have a really bad headache and feel like I need the day off to recover.

      I am so angry. I ordered 1 armra and did not subscribe. Then they sent me another jar unsolicited. I hadn't subscribed so I went into the system and it said I was subscribed. I was willing to let that go just incase I had checked something although I know I never subscribed. I unsubscribed. And now again another charge to my card and another auto shipment. I went back into their system and it still said I was subscribed! Unbelievable. I believe I even communicated with them last time, maybe through chat and told them I didn't ask for a subscription. This time I left an angry message in the chat. Civil but angry asking them to cease and desist. I don't know what will happen next month. It is very frustrating. It is basically theft. The product is super expensive. I 've ordered it before without these issues but only sporadically and always on a one-time basis.

      I havent had the same experience as anybody posting the negative reviews. Im on my third jar of the immune revival and Ive had great results. I take 2-4 scoops mixed with water in the morning and on average Ive had more energy throughout the day and little to no bloat during one week each month. No negative side effects. It was clear from the beginning that it was a subscription based model and I still use the free water bottle I got with the first month. Thanks Armra!
