    I canceled the service on February 28, 2024 and returned the equipment on March 7, 2024. They charged my card again for an annual payment on November 21, 2024. I called them and told them I canceled the service and returned the equipment. They said they hadn't received it. I provided them with tracking information of the return. Then they told me I needed to sign a cease and desist letter, which I did on December 30, 2024. They only gave me a credit back to the time that I signed the cease and desist letter. I called them again and asked why I did not receive a full refund and they said you received a refund from the time you signed the letter. I asked them why they never had me sign the letter when I canceled the service in February of 2024 and I was told it was not their policy when I canceled to sign a letter but now it is and that is all I will get for a refund and I could dispute it but they still would not give me a full refund.

    I returned equipment 11/4 they received it 11/7/24 still billed me on 11/16.I called to dispute the charges they said they had not received equipment by 16th. Gave them tracking number she verified it was there 11/7 but not logged in & still would not issue credit.They called me in October to say my equipment had not been on in several months did want to cancel, I said yes they gave me a RA#. Then continue to charge my credit card.

    Canceled my service because I had to push button 3 times and got disconnected. Then send equipment back and didn't get a refund for time not used. Refund policy doesn't say had to be back so ma y days after send. It was 2 days later **** delivered it to them
