    Please refer to the complaint filed directly before this one as it is identical. ***************** presented a lead package that was not even close to what was delivered. Not only did the package contain well over 60% disconnects, he sent files that were never even discussed just to fill his order number. What is really crazy is he than threatened me via telephone and email for calling out his total rip off. Who sells someone a bag of ******* trying to pass it off as pot, and than gets upset ...and threatens the buyer..who says ...this is *******?!? As the previous complaint states, they try to appease the situation by sending you MORE of product you do not want because it is phoney. You want to be A rated? When you fail to deliver, refund the money like say Amazon with no questions asked.

    When we first received this chargeback we believed **************** was trying to defraud us, although it may be true, we began to do some broker check on **************** 13 firms in 30 years, 2 of which were shut down by government (see attached) [ ******************************************************** ].

    I read the emails we had beginning with him asking for cheap leads.  *************** asked the same questions over and over, after feeling he finally understood, he said lets do it.  It took a few days for him to sign our invoice.  

    He did the PAYPAL and within hours charged back, we explained and proved to him we sold him what we agreed to.  

    After doing a Broker check we believe **************** is not suitable to meet our requirements to do business, we have also determined there is a possibility, *************** has mental issues, memory issues, in my opinion. We need to repeat things over and over and he forgets answers to his questions in the emails (all he has to do is read the last e mail) Alzheimers? 

    We have decided that the possibility exhists that **************** just cant remember our conversations, again in my opinion he is impaired.  Based on these conclusions we have decided to refund his $1500, we only ask that he sends an affidavit of destruction, that he deleted the files he downloaded from us. Simple letter signed by him and notarized that the files were deleted and also removed from Trash (deleted files). 


    We normally defend our invoice and integrity but we are giving **************** the benefit of the doubt, he truly has a problem remembering our CONVERSATIONS,AGREEMENTS and TERMS OF OUR INVOICE THAT HE SIGNED HOURS BEFORE HE CHARGED US BACK.

    *************** continues to exhibit his inability to conduct business and understand procedures.  If you read my response, all I asked for was a certificate, proof, that he destroyed the product he downloaded.  We let PayPal know we believe **************** is impaired, we have to repeat over and over, he read and signed our invoice, yet 2 hours later charged us back.  I sincerely believe he suffers from some kind of mental disorder and this response proves it.  All he had to do to satisfy paypal was submit the letter of destruction.  I have not received it yet paypal gave him the refund yesterday.

    Since you resolved this last correspondence, it was him satisfying PayPal not me.  He continues to disparage our company 32 years A+
    yet he has changed firms 13 times in 30 years, 2 shut down by government.

    Paypal refunded him and I still have not gotten my proof that he destroyed my data.

    I will be filling a complaint with his BBB as well as FINRA, Aegis his clearing firm and State Attorneys if I do not receive proof that he destroyed my data and did not DEFRAUD ME.

    Me ****** needs to seek medical help,  

    a new career, he has lost the mental capacity to conduct business, especially invest peoples hard earned money.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  As stated in my follow up complaint, Salesleads.tv after declaring to you thast they would provide a full refund was instead fighting that refund with PayPal.  I submitted Salesleads.tv response to the BBB regarding this complaint to Paypal and this morning they refunded my monies.  I appreciate your involvement in this matter.  Thank you.
