We offered you a full refund, prepaid return shipping for the product, along with a $20 store credit as a gesture of goodwill. However, we are unable to give you additional free product beyond what was actually ordered and fulfilled correctly according to the intended item description.Our team worked to resolve this issue respectfully and within reasonable terms.
