    Medify has great products and GREAT customer service! I use an air purifier because my cat has really bad asthma, and the MA-18 really helped her! One of my air purifiers had an issue, and I emailed them. I was emailing back and forth with ****.. who is absolutely wonderful. Medify will be sending me a new air purifier (free of charge). Medify (****) really cared about helping me. I have never felt a company wanted to help me more. It meant so much to me to feel a company really was trying to take care of me and my cat's needs. You just don't get customer service like that nowadays. I am very thankful and very grateful for everything. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    We recently welcomed a child this last year and my husband and I did a lot of research on air filters. We bought the MA-40 and the MA-18 and have been overall pleased with our products to filter the air in our home, especially with 2 dogs. Not only have I been pleased with the products, I am absolutely in awe of how efficient, timely, and professional my customer service experience was. We recently had a problem with a filter in our MA-18 and I have never had a more pleasant customer service experience, especially via email. They responded to emails with a rapid response time, efficiently addressing the problem and helping to diagnose what the issue was.

    We are very happy with the performance of our equipment - several different styles throughout our school campus. When we had an issue with one model, customer service was extremely helpful to troubleshoot and eventually replace our equipment under warranty. Extremely pleasant customer service agents, rapid communication response times, and thorough instructions and communication. Best manners I have seen in service lately!!

    This customer service this ********************** provides is by far the best I've experienced with a business. They are personable, quick to respond, and fast to problem solve. I would recommend them to anyone on the market for air purifiers. The MA-125 air purifier I recently purchased is also top notch, which is a reflection of this company's clear dedication to excellence.

    I first heard of Medify Air during the pandemic. My dentist used the MA-25 in the various cubicles throughout the practice. I figured if it was good enough for a medical professional, it would be good enough for me. I purchased two MA-25s and then purchased a MA-50 and the portable MA-10. I can tell the difference in my home. I had a problem with one of the MA-25s because the power light would not come on even though the unit would be on. The customer service for ******************** is excellent. They replaced the unit after trying some tests.I hope they continue with the air purifiers. I bought another brand before the MA-10 (was available) because I could use them in my car. Unfortunately, they decided to move on and no longer make the filters for the portable units.The product is good and I believe it help my household during Covid19.

    i loved these filters when i purchased in aug 2022. keep a super clean home & these were to help with my husbands seasonal allergies. fast forward late march 2024. we moved and put new filters in right away. all great. we have 2 MA40 and 2 MA25. recently the MA40s were giving off odors so it was suggested i change filters. i put in brand new filters i purchased from medify and things only got worse. i have been told they have a 1-2 year shelf life. they were not in my possession for over 2 years. not sure how long medify had them. i have conversed back and forth with medify and put in more new recently purchased filters and still stale odor. told to run for a couple days. did this. the filters for my MA40 purifiers have changed colors, medify tells me so it matches their logo. something does not add up all my new filters for all 4 machines give off an odor that leave room stale. when i purchased these they made the air crisp and clean. even when we first moved in to a brand new house with no pet smells, mold, smoke or any other issues. with my recent purchase of filters i decided to go for MA125 as i have a large great room. it is still in box until my current 4 units are working without odor. i will gladly adjust my review once this matter is sorted. the customer service via email in my experience has been responsive although not changing the fact i spent a great deal of $ on these 4 filters and they were reviewed as up to snuff but then again who is leaving the reviews. very frustrating. i am in no way saying these are no bueno purifiers. they once worked great. do the purifiers themselves have a shelf life. we used to sleep with a MA25 in our bedroom. now we run them in rooms to attempt to get NEW odor from NEW filters. does that sound right? not to me. please fix medify or share things have changed with your products? i need a good purifier. love the feeling of clean air. thanks for reading. praying this all works out very soon.

    In 2020 I ordered the MA-25 and an MA-40 system. Due to the recent adoption of a kitten that I already knew before adopting I was allergic to. I am also asthmatic, with seasonal allergies resulting in sinus infections and upper respiratory infections. Since buying these systems I no longer have to use allergy eye drops three times a day. I am also down to having 2 sinus infections a year instead of 5-6 a year. on top of that, I now take one allergy medication, not two, and only once a day and not twice a day. In short, my health has improved even with the fur ball lol. I would also like to say that the fur ball multiplied, the vet said he needed a brother, smh. I also moved in with a friend who also has a cat. We are now up to 3 cats and so far it is great. I also recently moved into a much larger home and due to that added the MA-50 to the batch so my health stays good. As if that is not enough let me tell you about the house. I am in and out, leaving windows open a ton along with the front door. I live in ** where pollen is horrid. Yet I average dusting my home once a month. I am OCD and frankly probably don't need it that often but I can't help myself there lol. The guests who enter my home do not realize I have cats until they see the toys all over the place. I am frequently told how my place does not have the "typical smell" of one with cats. I use tidy cat litter and scoop the boxes daily, but unless it is a fresh deposit no one can smell the boxes. Now as for customer service, they are fast, and quick both email and phone to respond to anything going on. I love that each purchase including auto-ship filters gives you points towards discounts to use on a system or an upcoming auto-ship order. They are great about breaking any info you need for your home and not trying to "up sale you". Truly could not be happier with the product and the company. HIghly recommend it to all.
