Bait and Switch Thieves. sold my laptop that i had bought only six months ago for $2000 to them. I was originally quoted $1045 for my 17 inch, i7 latest 10th generation, 1660 GTX with 16gb ram and 512gb SSD. I paid $20 to box it up and ship it to them with their free label. I waited a week for it to get there. They then proceeded to tell me that they misquoted me, that they couldn't offer more than $800 total, and then was told that they couldn't give me a flawless rating so it would be dropped to $640. My laptop was flawless. It has only been used a handful of times and was less than six months old, never went outside with it. Anyways long story short, they bait and switched me big time on my laptop. I only traded it in because I decided to go with Apple instead. No other reason to sell it. Lost over $1500 in depreciation value on my laptop in six months. Compared to my Apple devices that rarely lose $500 after even a year. Anyways, will never use this company again and will never recommend it. Total thieves that bait and switch. Very disappointed that I nearly cried from frustration with them.
