He was able to identify the issue very quickly, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. ***** took the time to answer all of my questions, and he made sure that everything was up and running efficiently before leaving. 5 starsThe two gentlemen from mechanical one, did a good job, diagnosing and explaining the problem. Unfortunately, we did have to cut into our kitchen wall in order to find a permanent fix. But I do believe the technicians did what needed to be done to fix this finally. Both were very courteous and professional.Mechanical One, LLC
