    Deltrans intentionally scheduled a diagnostic test 2 weeks out that required an independent tow of a vehicle whose make and model they do not service. My car had a transmission issue/code and I was referred to Deltrans for service. I did the online inquiry that specifically requests the year make and model of the vehicle. I was contacted by the owner, *** ***, to confirm the information provided and schedule an appointment. At no point in time did she share that Deltans does not service infinitis. It caused undue hardship on my family during an already trying time. So not only did my car sit undrivable for 2 weeks awaiting "service" I also paid for not 1 but 2 tows and a useless diagnostic that I had to get redone at the 2nd shop anyway. This decision on her part was not only unethical it was predatory and egregiously greedy. My time and money was not just wasted but stolen. I would not recommend Deltrans to anyone looking for service providers that won't deliberately waste your time and steal your money.

    I apologize for not replying sooner.  The email was not sent directly to me.  Thank you for the opportunity for us to reply to the customer’s statement.

     

    Attached is the statement from Deltrans and several examples of other Infiniti customers that were satisfied with our service on their Infiniti. 

     

    We will be returning Ms. ***** ****** payment of $105.00. – her address was listed on the customer information.
