    As I have now received the sofa and have tested it extensively, I would like to provide additional feedback on my experience. Now I can say that the sofas are premium. Although delivery took longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait. This sofa is really beautiful, the leather is excellent, and the design is wonderful. It took longer than expected to make the sofa because there was no leather in the color I ordered, however, I received an upgrade to the leather, and the sofa was delivered to me with the best leather as a full leather sofa.

    2 weeks ago, I got my sofa. I am really very pleased with it. The workmanship of the sofa is great, the seats are very spacious and comfortable, the top grain leather looks great. I ordered the Las Vegas sofa, it's really gorgeous, the design is amazing, I've never seen one like that in any home.
    The sofa took 13 weeks to get here, but I had the sofa made to my specifications, exactly how I wanted it. While I was waiting for my order, I received a sketch by email to confirm everything. I'd recommend buying a sofa there, if you have time to wait a few weeks.

    The sofas may be premium - couldn't tell you for sure since we still haven't received it - but the service, transparency, and commitments are not

    10-14 weeks is the advertised and committed date. We are at week 17 and the most recent update is that we should expect further delays of 5 weeks. 22 weeks total.

    During this process I have received updates on the status only if I reach out. If there is a delay we only find out after reaching out to then find out there were more delays.

    For a $6500 purchase I would expect communication (and proactive at that) as well as working to ensure that it meets your committed timeframes.

    We were compensated (after the first delay) for an ottoman. However, the delivery that was suppose to occur on week 17 was pushed out until end of October. We found out by - you guessed it - having to reach out to see where our purchase is.

    Very poor experience and still without a sofa
