      I was looking into getting weight loss medication. I found My Start Health. I started filling out the information they were asking for. Before I knew it, they had charged my credit card the $299 for the medication. I had not even completed all the information. I started getting calls one after another for the next hour. I didn't answer. I decided the only way I would be able to cancel was to complete the questionnaire. Then when I tried to cancel they said it was too late. I kept sending them that I wanted to cancel. They said the medication had been shipped. Another time they said it was delivered already. Both were lies. The form I filled out with them was on August 15, 2025. I began sending messages to support that I wanted to cancel on the 15th. After all this the medication was delivered on August 29, 2025. It was shipped overnight. They had an incomplete address on it and FedEx called me the following day and then brought it to me. I wasn't sure if I could refuse it so I packaged it up and sent it back. I put it in a different envelope because the one they sent it in had stickers and writing all over it. I shipped it UPS the next day they were working. Today I received notice that delivery at My Start was refused.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Ms. ******* ******.
      We have reviewed Ms. ******’s account history in detail and would like to provide the following clarification and resolution summary.

      Account and Timeline Overview
      - On August 15, 2025, Ms. ****** signed up for MyStart Health’s weight loss program and was charged $299 as part of her onboarding.
      Upon reviewing her intake, Ms. ****** contacted our team the same day requesting to cancel. Our support team escalated this request to the dispensing pharmacy.
      - On August 21, our team contacted GreenwichRx, the third-party pharmacy responsible for fulfillment, and the pharmacy confirmed cancellation of the order.
      However, due to an internal error at the pharmacy, the order was not canceled as instructed and a shipping label was reissued. The medication was ultimately shipped under tracking number ***********8 and delivered by FedEx on August 30.

      Customer Actions and Misunderstanding
      - Ms. ****** attempted to return the shipment via UPS, but it was not received by the pharmacy, likely because it was not returned using the original packaging or the designated return process, which may have caused it to be refused upon delivery.
      - Despite this fulfillment error being outside of MyStart Health’s direct control, we fully understand the confusion and frustration this caused Ms. ******.

      Resolution
      In recognition of the pharmacy’s processing mistake and to resolve this matter in good faith, we issued Ms. ****** a full refund of her $299 payment and canceled her account to prevent any future charges. While our provider and support teams acted promptly and appropriately, we acknowledge that this error on the part of the pharmacy resulted in an avoidable negative customer experience.

      At MyStart Health, we strive to maintain clear communication and uphold strong customer service standards—even when working with third-party pharmacies. We have already raised this issue with the pharmacy to prevent similar breakdowns in communication in the future.

      I purchased a one month supply of injection weight loss meds for 222.00 on 5/5/25. On 6/5 and 6/30, 297.00 was taken from account. The only reason I knew was because a receipt was emailed for the 6/30 transaction. No receipt was sent for the 6/5 transaction. When I inquired about it they're stating its a subscription fee. They never disclosed this and it doesn't even make sense. How is the subscription fee more than the product and continues after the one month of product is sold?

      They offer semiglutide products. I filled out questionnaire and paid the $704.99. THEN met with an APRN who informed me because i take Percocet they need a clearance letter stating i can take percocet with semiglutide. my doctor will not give me this letter. i have notified them repeatedly my doctor will not provide me this letter and for a refund as i never received the semiglutide. . I've sent emails and text messages with zero response. Had they advised when i filled out questionnaire and paid the money i needed a letter i could have asked doctor prior to paying and saving myself alot of unnecessary headaches!
