    I want to give this place zero stars...Don't waste your money! I ordered a raised wooden planter and they "supposedly" shipped it right away...no confirmation email...the tracking # they finally gave me after almost 2 weeks of emailing them wasn't for my item...I contacted the Post Office and the numbers were for a small 10 oz. pkg and didn't deliver anywhere near me. When I emailed this information back and demanded they cancel my order I was told I had to take this up with the "logistics provider"...they are complete frauds! If I look up my order online it still shows waiting to ship. I contacted my credit card company!

    I ordered a hair piece from them. They sent me the wrong wig and wrong color. I emailed them and they told me to send them a picture of the wig. I did that. Then they asked me to send them a picture of me in the wig. I refuse to do that. Then they said they could only refund me 15% And I could keep the wig. I have sent them several emails telling them that’s not a good business practice, and other material, they might listen to. But they didn’t. So now I have a wig I can’t wear and I’m out the money. Be careful of these people. They’ve got a real racket going.

    SCAMMERS! Purchased an 8 foot inflatable water slide with blower at a price too good to be true after seeing an ad on Facebook. Two weeks later the status still showed “awaiting shipment.” I tried to find company phone number with no luck. I then contacted them by email. I received a response saying the item shipped with a tracking number. When I looked it up on USPS it said the item was delivered (a week ago) and that the package weight was 3 ounces…keep in mind that this was supposed to be a very large item. I then contacted USPS and they said it was sent to a different address. Tried to reach back out to the company two more times with no responses…then filed a dispute with my credit card company. I should get my money back but what a waste of time. Also, I saw the same item again advertised on Facebook under a different company name. Garden Friend and Sielcd…both are Supic after doing research. Stay away to save your time, money, & disappointment.

    this company is a scam i ordered a item for 34.98 plus 10.00 shipping. and what i got from them is a 2.00 piece of red cloth shipped from china.

    I just ordered from Kathie's store and they sent me a cheap $1 item and they are not trying to send me my items or refund my money. The package came from China but the business says it's located in London. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

    Ordered sewing table. Received $1 junk mirror. No response from their customer service email. Hdseiin is the apparently fake website I ordered from. The contact reroute was Supic of UK.

    This company has now started their scam via a believable Ad during breaks on YOUTUBE! Don’t fall for this ! luckily, I got away unscathed, but if you keep reading reviews, A. You’ll be busy ALL day and B. You will see the multiple platforms they run their scam on and you’ll see the DOZENS of names this company uses to (unsuccessfully) hide their tracks! RUN !! See y’a in HELL, “Supic Company Limited”!! Don’t forget to bring my F’n COUCH when you arrive! ??

    Agree with other reviewers. Total scam. Do NOT buy from these people. My husband ordered raised garden beds, which never arrived.
