5 starsMelissa (customer service) contacted me this morning after I sent an inquiry late yesterday requesting to become a new customer. My daughter uses Evergreen and highly recommended them plus our neighborhood gets a discount and the more of us who join in, the lower our price can be. Melissa was very thorough in explaining the cost, payment options, features, timelines for beginning service and receiving bins. I’m excited to use their bulk and metal features as well as waste removal and recycling! Melissa was also able to answer a question I had about the area’s landfill. 5 starsI talked to Brianna Marvel and she is amazing! I’ve talked to her on two separate occasions regarding two separate subjects and she was so knowledgeable on both subjects that she made both calls quick and easy! She was professional, extremely helpful, kind, considerate, (I just lost my husband), empathetic, funny, etc…. Everyone that I know looking into trash, recycle, etc removal, I will recommend them to Evergreen Waste Services, and I will “HIGHLY” recommend them ask for Brianna as their services representative!!
