              I bet about a thousand dollars on the political gambling site and won. However, they have not awarded me my earnings, nor responded to my emails requesting restitution. I made two gambles related to who would be the governor of California on December 31st. I won both gambles but they only awarded me profit for one of the bets. I am owed about one thousand dollars.

              The site comment moderator banned my account for "inflammatory language," which is not listed as one of the categories of comments that violate the discussion rules. Disallowed comments are listed as follows:Targeted harassment Spam Impersonation Direct threat of harm Posting personally identifiable information Worse, when I emailed support to resolve my accounts ban from commenting, ******, the moderator responded unprofessionally and in a way that could reasonably be regarded as vindictive.It is beyond inappropriate, and bordering on illegally discriminatory for a political prediction market to ban 5-year member, who has paid thousands of dollars in fees to the organization, because it does not like what a member has written about a political party. Rules must be applied clearly and fairly.I am still waiting for ******, the site moderator, to explain how the allegedly prohibited language violates Predictit's own commentary policy.

              I made my PredictIt account several months ago and deposited money into the account. When I went to withdraw money last week I was told that my request was rejected. I received a support message saying I need to "verify my identity" with a photo of my ID. I took a clear photograph of my ID and submitted it. 72 hours went by and I received another message saying that my ID was invalid. I then emailed support with a photo of my ID incase they didn't receive it wasn't uploaded properly the first time. It's now been an inappropriate amount of business days with no response. I'd like to withdraw my funds. They had no identity verification issue depositing the money, only withdrawing it. There are some questionable practices taking place here and especially so since this company is under a ".org" nonprofit status.

              I invested around 5K on PredictIt. After losing a great deal of money I decided to cut my losses with $2,166.73 remaining in my account (cash not invested in any markets) so I made a withdrawal request for $2,100.00. Initially it was marked as processing with an estimated turnaround date. Today I received an email with the subject line “PredictIt: Withdrawal Request Rejected” the body of the email contains a reference number with no explanation for the rejection. I navigated to my account settings and see my withdrawal request marked as “cancelled” under Deposit/Withdrawals History. I have sent a question asking why to support. I now have reason to believe this business is not legitimate. If this matter is not resolved expeditiously I intend to file chargebacks with my credit card provider. Note: I have also lost a great deal of money on the site with markets settling outside the posted rules dates.

              PredictIt closed my account with no prior notice to me, with no explanation, and without refunding the thousands of dollars in the account. They do not have a phone number for the public to call, and they have not replied to the many emails I have sent them. I would like to know why they: 1. closed my account; 2. did so with no advance notice; 3. did so with no explanation; and 4. have not answered any of my emails. And I of course want my thousands of dollars back!
