      I scheduled a service with a provider through Petworks and was charged the amount but the provider never actually showed up to complete the service. I tried to contact Petworks for a refund and they said they would check with the provider and have now ignored my follow up requests even though I have text messages showing that the service was never completed. Their website claims that the provider is verified but he tried to get me to place a deposit first via ***** which does not offer any protection for buyers. I then conceded saying I would pay the booking fee ahead through Petworks and have yet to receive a refund.

      We're so very sorry that the provider never showed up to complete the service. We issued you a refund of $173.25 on 6/10/2024. The refund should reach your account on or before 6/13/2024. 

      I did also call you earlier this morning. I left you a voicemail. I sincerely apologize if no one here at Petworks responded to your emails and text messages. We're typically quite responsive.
