    I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with a manager/owner of Sharkeys Cuts, preferably for the location in ************ **. And it has been impossible. I have already left a 1 star review on ****, emailed the ************* email that is posted on the Corp page, and tried to reach via social media. No response. On June 14, I made an appointment, with Amy, for a haircut. I arrived at 2:22pm (2 minutes past appointment). Amy was working another client. I was told I was late by 2 minutes causes a wait of 10 minutes?? So I wait. 20 minutes later, Amy is done. Amy then takes the next 10 minutes explaining to me that shampoo is covered in the cost and the client is paying for this whether we want it or not and not many other places shampoo is included. I asked about the price because in all the times we've been to Sharkeys NEVER had a shampoo OR a blow dry. Ever. So I asked if i was cheaper with out. When she told me this, I made sure my daughter got the shampoo. During this time, Amy started talking about people who are sick and come in. She then also tells me "people who have cancer, she tries not work on them because she's afraid to touch them." I was appalled. A family member is in remission and I had to keep my mouth closed from saying anything. Moving to the haircut. Things were going fine. There was a little kid who was getting ready to leave, screaming and crying. Amy rolls her eyes and says that she keeps ear buds in her pocket because she gets migraines from kids. You work at Sharkeys. This might not be the place for you. Half way thru the haircut, she notices flakes in my daughters hair. She's convinced it is lice and stops. I immediately pay while Amy is trying to sell me every comb in the store standing 10 feet back. I quickly leave without getting a balloon and instead race to Giant for shampoo. (There was no lice by the way). I want my money returned and I never want to visit Amy or Sharkeys again.

    I ordered product from Sharkey Corp which is same contact info as Sharkeys ********* in May 2023.. 3 months went by I cantacted mr sharkey he assured me the delay was manufacturing and he said it will get to me when the product came in.. I have called over 20 times left messages sent emails no response.
