    Juan’s craftsmanship, attention to detail and respect for the character of our 245 year old farmhouse truly brought it back to life! His work is exceptional! We were especially grateful for his kindness and patience throughout the entire process. He never, ever made us feel rushed and always took time to answer our questions fully. If I could give him 100 stars, I will certainly would!

    Since building our house in 2002, the 27’ covered porch has been slowly sinking into the ground, creating a noticeable slant, and pulling away from the house at both ends. The 5 support posts and cracked footings were no longer able to keep the deck level, and it became an embarrassing eyesore. Additionally, the stairs and their attached railings were deteriorated and unsafe, and desperately needed replacing. I dreaded the imagined cost of doing all that work, knowing that the porch would have to be hydraulically lifted and the supports removed and replaced. I’m so glad I saw the ad from Jairo’s Home Improvement in the CT. Post. When Juan came to give me an estimate, he immediately put my mind at ease and instilled confidence that they could correct the problem to my satisfaction. The estimate was significantly less than I had imagined, and I committed to Jairo’s to do the job. I was not disappointed. Juan knows his stuff! The work he and his crew did exceeded my expectations. As I watched him do the job, I was impressed to describe his work with one word; METICULOUS! He is careful, precise, and detailed in everything he does. He takes the extra step and goes the extra mile. Customer satisfaction is a natural result of the high standards he sets for himself and of the expertise he employs in completing the job. He and his helper were friendly, courteous, and trustworthy, and it was a pleasure to have them at my house. I surely made the right decision in giving this job to Juan and Jairo’s Home Improvement.     I would highly recommend Jairo’s Home Improvement for any project. He is quite professional and works with you to make sure you’re happy with the finished product. We have used him for several jobs, from installing an outlet and a ceiling fan to a full bathroom remodel. We have always been very satisfied with his work.
