I am extremely disappointed with this company. After placing an order a month before needing it for a Christmas present I get an email out of nowhere that my order has been canceled. I called the company to see if this was some sort of mistake and they told me that they had emailed me a question about my order and I had never responded. I had been in communication with the company before this and had a documented email strain with them about the questions that they had. So there is no way they had emailed me without me seeing it and responding since I had responded to every email they sent me. Then when I asked them how to fix it they said that I would just have to redo my order but now it wouldn’t be arriving until way after Christmas. I don’t know how a company can stay in business with customer service like this. They didn’t even try to right what they did and pretty much told me I was out of luck. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Beware of them and don’t trust them to make anything for you that is quality or that you need in a certain time frame
