This is a complaint regarding order number ******* placed on March 10, 2019 with Logo Sportswear online. That order resulted in a charge of $552.60 on my ******* **** card ending in **** which posted on March 11, 2019. The order consisted of custom shirts for my workplace. I received email notifications that the order was scheduled to arrive on March 28, 2019 which falls on a Thursday. We had left our home for a week which started on March 24, 2019 and we returned to our home late Thursday, March 28, 2019. I called Logo Sportswear on Friday morning, March 29, 2019 and spoke with customer service agent Debbi. I asked about my order. She stated that the order was left at my front door Monday March 25, 2019. I stated to her that we were not home that day and we did not have the package anywhere in our front area of the home. She stated she would be working with ***** to resolve the issue.

Terrible service, horrendous management, 0 customer respect. We ordered 32 baseball jerseys in stitch/Twill BUT received cheap, printed/Iron-on material that I could have done from home. Upon our complaint that it wasn't what we ordered, we were blamed. We paid additionally for a second set, and received Twill jerseys with a much smaller Logo than the first set. We never changed the size, or requested a size change. The company took it upon themselves to make the change, and again, tried to blame us. We have 2 useless sets of baseball Jerseys. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
