Via ***** "Mags For Miles" Redemption Voucher I ordered 52 issues of ****** Magazine. After three months of not receiving the magazine, I called the company to see what the problem was. Note that the company wants you to wait three months which is in print on their voucher and when you call their call center automation systems. They managed to get my order started August 17 2020 and stated my end date was June 28, 2020. I stated that no, you owe me one year, 52 issues. They asked for proof of the 52 weeks voucher... I sent that to them. They continue to refuse to honor the one year obligation and kept the expire date to June 28,2020.

I was promised free magazines in exchange for my ***** ******* miles. I understood that if I did not cancel the subscriptions would be renewed after a year. But they charged me immediately for the full subscription - a tricky way to make money and scam people -assuming many people will not check their charges or recall what the offer was. I called the magazines and cancelled and am expecting a refund. But it is this company that should be refunding my money and miles. This is a scam that probably preys primarily upon seniors . Shame on them and shame on ***** ******** for partnering with them.
