      I have just received notice from my credit card that these recurring charges are questionable by FreeShipping.com. I did not sign up for this and I don't know how they got my card # and information. I think it might be a scam.

      Predatory scam business. I never signed up for their services, but used a site who used them as a third party shipping service. They have been charging me monthly for over a year. Varying amounts each month and on different dates so as not to arouse suspicion. Every response apologizing for anything on this site is all absolute garbage. This company knows what it is doing. It is theft. Even after I changed my debit card, I am still being charged by them. You should be ashamed if you work for this 'company".

      These people are criminals! The run a rewards scam for ****** ****** and it is a very deceptive, mis-represented program! Do not get involved with this company or ****** ******.

      Very misleading. Don't tell you there is a monthly charge until after you have signed up and they have already charged you. I immediately canceled ( within minutes). Charge had already gone through and i was notified i still had to pay for first month.

      Where to begin with this company. I sent my family member flowers in February of 2022 (Over a year ago), and was prompted at check out to include free shipping. I used the service without being aware that I had entered into a subscription. Very sneaky on their part. Upon calling to cancel and request a full refund, the agent I spoke with advised me that a supervisor would contact me and give me a full refund. Once the supervisor called me, they said they could not give me the full refund. I feel scammed by this company, and would like to let others know that they should NEVER do business with this company, as their business practices are not in good faith. Moreover, as I didn't even know I was doing business with the company, BE VERY CAREFUL when checking out of a website you don't regularly use, and look out for "Free Shipping" offers that may be this company signing you up for a membership. I think it's only fair to ask that the company reimburse the full amount of fees I didn't authorize, for services not rendered.

      I have called numerous times, asking for a refund due to a move and have repeatedly been given the run-around about an "escalation process" where they claim that they will review my request. There has not been a resolution thus far and this has been going on for around a month.

      Free shipping site is a scam. Ordered flowers for Mothers Day with free shipping included, the next thing I know I am on their site.

      I am a senior and except for groceries do my shopping online. Recently I made a purchase from ******** which sells jewelry. The same day my bracelet was shipped and my account charged (May 17, 2023) there was a charge of $2.00 from **************** for debit card recurring payment. After I discovered this charge, I went to my bank to find out what it was for. The person at the bank was able to connect it to ********. On May 23, 2023, there was another charge to my account for debit card purchase **************** for $19.00.
      I looked for the website to find out what this was and discovered it was some kind of membership. I did not remember seeing anything about this when I was online shopping and did not order it. Any time I have ever ordered anything online, I received an email acknowledging receipt for my order and listing what I ordered and what it would cost including any shipping and sales taxes. I never received anything from ************ explaining what they offered or what it would cost.
      I found a phone number and called on May 25, 2023 and talked to someone named Frank. I told him I wanted to cancel this membership and told him I did not order it. He did ask me if I had been shopping online but offered no explanation as to how I got signed up for the membership. There was no problem canceling the membership and I did receive an email confirming my cancellation. There has been no credit to my account and I have spent $21.00 for a membership and still do not know what it offered and how much it would have cost.
