      Elliott has been a great resource for everything I needed to accomplish with my 30+ acres from valuing the property, to my splitting it into 2 parcels and selling each parcel almost a year apart. Neither sale took more than a couple of months from assessment, to listing to closing. The suggestions he made to make the house and surrounding property more aesthetically pleasing were easily implemented. Working with Elliott was a great experience and I highly recommend him.

      Mr. Morales is a high end professional realtor/broker! I highly recommend him and his outfit. He knows all aspects of his profession and knows how to communicate with both buyers and sellers. I moved out of the area but will use Mr. Morales' expertise in any real estate dealings that I may pursue. Top notch realtor!!! 5 stars plus!

      Elliot makes selling house from start to finish easy process. My house sold at open house. Easy, simple and quick. Elliot made it very smooth going.

      Elliot ensured the whole home-selling process went smoothly! I live out of state so I really didn’t know what to do.. Elliot guided me in the right direction, was available whenever we needed him and was always helpful with good advice. He even helped me getting a contractor for repairs needed for the home. I highly recommend him to others and will seek him out for any future needs.

      Elliot did a great job in selling my fathers' house after he had passed. He was able to work with us in getting the place cleaned out and in general get things squared away as best we could for selling it. Within a few months we had a buyer and things worked out just fine. Elliot was also always accessible, which was huge. He was always available to take questions I had, even the dumb ones.
